To start off, I am not too intelligent when it comes to cars, but I figured how hard could it be to order a part for my Honda Civic. I called Terryville Auto Parts, where I was asked a series of questions to get the right part. When I got to the last question, I did not know the answer and the salesman Jimmy asked how dumb could I be if I dont even know the part thats on my car? Blown away by the question, I asked to speak to the owner where I hear "Jimmy" put the phone on the counter and yell out, "Hey, some dumb N word wants to speak to you." Wow, I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my entire life, and at this point I simply hung up the phone. Why would I want to talk to an owner who hired this guy? Your only good as your help and I have to say, is about as poor as there is.

What an awesome establishment! Over the past year have purchased several parts from Terryville auto and have never been disappointed. Ive always dealt with Jimmy (Im sure everyone else is just as helpful) and hes always been more than fair with shipping prices and very accurate/descriptive about the condition of the part I was getting. Couldnt ask for a better experience when buying parts and will continue to shop with and recommend this company in the future.

I called Terryville Auto Parts after having terrible luck finding a wheel for my truck, which had been damaged when I struck a curb. I spoke with Jimmy , who not only found me a wheel in perfect shape, but also at a great price. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and if youre looking for parts, give them a call.

Great Customer service!!!! I bought roof rails for my chevy equinox on ebay with these guys! They packed them up and shipped the parts out right away. I had a few questions about the rails which they answered me the same day and threw in a few trim pieces no charge. Highly recommended.

I spoke with Jimmy over there about a 1/4 panel for car. He was very helpful. He didnt mind all my questions to make sure I would be getting the correct part, he even asked me some questions to make sure he was selling me the correct part. Very helpful. Will be ordering from him again.

Ive been buying used parts from Terryville Auto for decades. I was pleased with the 2.3L Mazda 6 motor I recently purchased from them. The motor swap went smoothly and the motor runs perfectly. I have yet to have bad luck with any used parts Ive bought from them.
