Once upon a time there were people who used to seek the good in others and help each other with their services. Apparently this doesnt exist anymore when you call the store asking a simple question and you get a "what do you want" type of response from the typical condesending bastards that work in high positions for retail companies such as Auto Zone.

Excellent store. Ana helped us right when we came in. She helped us find exactly what we needed. Fair prices for everything that are comparable to amazon. Definitely coming back when im doing small car projects.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I am a frequent customer and never have I had such a problem trying to return two products. Ridiculous how rude they get once they knew I was there for return.

Horrible ask for cap and rotor for my wifes gmc take car apart open box no rotor have to put back together to return to store, nothing like having to do it twice
