I have been acustumer of PETCO for a long time .I like buying Cichlids from them ,for my many fishtanks. Sometimes, I have adopted many big OSCAR"S people brought in /even got red-ear slider -turtles and a few oversized pet rats! I love this PETstore. O"h cant for get about my salt water friends - I bought a beautiful LION fish ,TRIGGER, STAR-fish many. happy-happy with PETCO!!!! BY the way do you have any more big fish adopt??? PLEASE, call me Im -in a wheelchair now /because of accident ,so dont go to much anymore but ,IF I need to adopt a fish I will get there .thanks .NOAH. T.

I usually shop at this Petco 2 times a month. Sometimes its under staff and hard to find somebody but when you do theyre very nice and friendly. Today Mary Helped Us. She was very friendly very sweet to my dog. Only disappointing thing was a young girl who parked in the handicap parking with out a handicap sign while an elderly person was going to park there had to park somewhere else. Maybe on the weekends especially a clinic day for shots the employees at Petco can make announcements every hour or so just to remind people not to park in the handicap unless their handicap.

Great selection of pet foods, from expected store brands and vet recommended brands to high end natural brands. You can rent the grooming sinks to wash your own pet, which is super cool, and the staff are nice. They hold many adoptions for local non profits and shelters and support homeless pets and locals seeking list and found pets. The dog training is positive and popular so you are also getting your dog socialized while getting it well trained.

Signed two of my dogs up for training courses and only one ended up, somewhat, completing the course. She cancelled sessions and didnt seem very reliable. We had set times to meet, but she would always change them. The trainer told us to bring our other dog back at a different time because he had anxiety issues. She never called to see if we wanted to start classes with our other dog. Never offered a refund. Dont take your dogs here.

Tina, the trainer for puppy class is awesome! She set us up when we first got our puppy with everything we needed and gave us coupons to save about $50. Weve been going to puppy class with her for the last couple months and will likely book more classes in the future. Been getting all of our per supplies here and the rest of the staff is extremely helpful as well.

A bit pricey, but more variety. If they dont have it at Walmart, theyll have it at petco. Its also fun to just go look at the mice, birds, and reptiles they keep. Also a good place for affordable dog training classes.

Guess this doesnt matter about pets but had to use the girls bathroom and there was no toilet seat covers and poop splattered all over toilet. The other toilet was clogged. Yuck.

Bought 6 neon tetras and all died. Went back and bought 5 guppies, all died. Went to petsmart and bout the same fish and all of them lived. Petsmart has better prices anyway.
