OMG if you guys dont want to work than just stay home! Seems they got a shipment in and god help anybody that was going to slow them down from putting it away before they went home. One girl was on her personal phone cursing up a storm about something and when another girl got to the cash register you could tell we were interrupting her day. The customer in front of me wanted to know if he could do a half order of food for his pet and the girl was saying sure he could if he did not mind paying the full price for it. Which I remember because he and I were both kind of shocked at the way she said it and looked at each other and asked if she really said it that way?!?!? Anyway almost empty strip mall kind of store with very poor service and prices that are about 25% higher than others in the area. Stay away.

The pet supermarket is a HORRIBLE place for all the animals. I did not see any animal which was not sickly, dirty, housed wrongly, or unhappy. The name just implies that they dont see their pets any more than an item and, its obvious this is true to them. Even when whole litters of animals die, they do nothing about it if its past their wimpy two-week death return. With such a low death return you KNOW your animals are going to die early unless you get them vet care. Even then, they might not make it. My rabbit died of lung failure exactly 15 days after I got her, ONE day after their return. They wouldnt give me anything. I was so devastated, and every single person I know who has gotten a pet from here, it was unhealthy and didnt last long.

The manager of this store is a jerk, he doesnt care about keeping customers, they sell sick fish, when I went to speak to him about the issue with the fish, he had an I could care less attitude, and then I made the stupid mistake of going back and buying some treats that they have that my dog really likes and they charged my credit card twice for the same transaction, the second charge was put thru a week after the original transaction. What crooks!!!

Ive always been able to get my questions answered here. Sometimes I have to hunt someone down, but I understand that employees need to multitask or prices must rise. I dont know how comoeteative their prices are, but there are "discounts" and the club rewards. I go for the convenient location and it works for me. I had a problem with one of my puppy toys and the manager gladly exchanged it for another selection.

The employees are kind, patient, and willing to find answers for new pet parents. We have purchased a lizard, gerbils, and fish that have all been in good health. The prices for tank adornment is better than the other two big name pet stores. The only drawback is that it is a small store do the selection for small pet cages is small.

They have a lot of unique items and everything the big stores have, but in a friendlier setting. The staff is super awesome and the store is always very clean. Great selection of small animals and specialized foods. The homemade doggie biscuits are wonderful too!

Well the staff are not very helpful when buying a new pet, they really dont know how to take care if them, and every animal I have gotten from them, a tortoise, a ball python and 3 mice have all gotten sick and died shortly after being purchased

Cool little pet store. Clean bathrooms, and a nice selection. Sure, prices may be a little higher than PetSmart, but the lines are shorter and its more conveniently located.
