I used to go across the street to the "other" beauty supply store all the time. I actually live about the 25 minutes away and accidentally found out CoCo beauty supply was opened when they first opened. Ive since frequented the store several time and each experience of visiting the store, Ive always had a great experience! The staff is very friendly, helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable about each product. Infact, I just got off the phone with one of the staff to ask a question and they gave me a price over the phone. Im actually going to the store today, (which is Sunday, please keep in mind, most hair stores are closed on Sundays.) Me, driving 25 minutes to go back to this particular hair store should tell you this store must be a consideration if youre thinking about trying them out. Especially since Im driving the extra distance. I will continue buying products and hair from this store as long as they continue to be great with their customer service and have such a great selection to choose from! I give this store an "A+" hands down!

Update 4/7/17 My review was removed from Facebook bc I stated my opinion? How tacky. I went to exchange a hair dryer I was unhappy with and he wouldnt exchange it because the company wont take it back. I gave you my money for a product and you are telling me you wont return it because the company wont take it back? Ill take my business elsewhere. There is a beauty supply store directly across the street that will gladly take my money. We need to take these businesses back they know nothing about our hair but yet wanna sell us products. Very upset.
