My mother went in their store to inquire about some hair products and a younger girl who worked their helped her. As she was talking to the employee she accidentally dropped the item and the top broke. The owner mustve been watching from the back and instantly yelled, "YOU BREAK, YOU BUY!".. That was SO unnecessary... Like Menace to Society 2! Lol! My mother had intentions on buying from their store anyway. Im sure from reading their ratings that they dont treat everyone like that. I know its because she was of color and younger looking they assumed she was up to no good. We need to stop supporting people like this if we as people ever want to get back on top. What they did was disgusting. Dont buy from here

I purchased 4 packs of Jamician.Bouncy hair they were frizzy straight from the packs called to see if i could exchange for more hair kept telling me they are suppose to be frizzy like that not according to the reviews of the hair on YouTube and the picture on the package i can see they say no refund but nothing about letting you exchange crappy hair was very disappointed with my purchase

I really love the owners and the staff. They are fair and always keep a good mix of products. This is my go to beauty supply since moving to the area. What I do not like is when some of the customers open of packs of hair, pull at wig curls and try on earrings. Please use common sense and have courtesy for others.

I just bought the Brazillian mixed hair. I love it!! Only problem is, I didnt know the only closure provided is a top. Not everyone like their wig to look faje. "I need a lace closure with part." Lol. Needless, to say Ill be back today for that closure. And the variety of hair here is phenominal.

I love this store. It is very clean, organized, and has a variety of products. I oftenjoy say that if Winslow doesnt have the product, it doesnt exist. My favorite part of visiting the store is seeing the wonderful owners. The owners and Danielle are wonderful. Its like family.
