Worst customer service Ive ever had. When we waited in a 20 minute line to buy 3 candles which we thought were on sale, AS THEY WERE ALL MARKED $10 OFF, we were rudely corrected that they werent. They couldnt even tell us which candles were $10 off, the women just pointed at the wall. Never buying anything from the company again, as this ruined their friendly image for me. Terrible experience 0/10.

I do not understand how a store is in an outlet however not have outlet prices AND not have the product I am looking for if you are a full price store. That is bothersome.

This store is located at the outlet mall but it is not an outlet BBW location. The store was clean and the fixtures were nice.
