Today I went to this supply store. My initial experience was great because the young lady at the register was awesome . I am describing things this way so that if you visit you will understand what I mean. The young lady at the register is Caucasian, she knew her stuff and helped me to understand how to use hair color. I brought some other stuff and brought the wrong needles for weaving, so I asked this young lady could I exchange them an she said yes. She turns to her boss an African American lady, one of my own people. Im just going to say, she was disgusting and rude to her worker. The line started to get long because the young lady at the register had to go through a process to exchange my purchase, I felt so bad how her boss was snapping at her. I was apologizing, that things became drama, I wanted to turn around and light into that boss. I just did not want to leave there and know that the young lady would have to take more. I was so angry going home, I wanted to find her bosses boss. Disgusting treatment and embarrassment to her staff ! Some people just cant handle management positions. She needs to step down and whomever needs to put the cashier in charge. She was a pleasure and a people person. However, I wont be going back EVER !!!!

I went to Sallys for the first time and the girls were so helpful. I was able to get everything I wanted They were very knowledgeable about the products which was very helpful. The prices were very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend everyone to go to this location. I know I will be going back.

If you are going to this Sally's for great customer service, turn back and head out the door. When I asked the sales lady a question regarding a product she totally dismissed me and went back to doing inventory. Very rude and unprofessional. Would definitely not go back..

Terrible service... nobody helps you and when you finally get someone they have no idea what they are talking about. They are rude and will ignore you. I walked into the store and was stared at. Nobody greets anyone and they purposely ignore you.
