A friend and I went into this store to buy hair extensions. As the girl was helping us she was very nasty when we were asking question. She kept giving us an attitude and making it seem like we didnt know what we were talking about. Lets just say I will never go in that store again. They lost customers today because of their nasty attitude and their nasty coworkers.

I just called to inquire about a price for a pack of Marley hair. The woman over the phone told me they do not give prices over the phone. Why? Thats the dumbest thing Ive ever heard. I have never called a store and cant get a price for something over the phone. So since she couldnt give me a price I will not be giving them my business.

The younger girl (she has some kind of accent I guess) but she is very rude. The past few times Ive been in the store she constantly on top of me doesnt ever give me time to look. She ask questions before I even get all the way in the store. They are just extremely rude and want to rush you to shop.

I purchased a product yesterday, it was never opened. I asked for an exchange. The person working at the store goes and tell me that the product is not the same. I gave the receipt and everything they said theyre unable to exchange it. Worst service ever
