Very disorganized and disappointing. Not to mention, the furniture looks nice but beware, it is CHEAP. The sales assocoate seemed like he was rushing to make a sale. He was pressuring me to like something I clearly hated. He would make sarcastic remarks and roll his eyes when I would mention my concerns with certain pieces. Additionally, we had a specific length media center we were in search of and the only piece he said they had was actually not even in sold anymore. My husband and I wound up making a rash decision that we left feeling uncomfortable with. We decided to call and cancel the order and try again the following day. This time, we told the associate we wanted to take our time and search the store by ourself. In doing so, we saw many items that we were rushed past before and made a comfortable order (including a perfect media center that the associate didnt even know was in the store). Delivery came and upon inspection of the furniture, we noticed our dining chairs were loose and asked for them to be adjusted. Rushing once more, the technicians left without adjusting the chairs. The customer satisfaction call came and we mentioned the loose chairs. They scheduled a service for us to fix the issue. Due to the appointment window, I cleared my schedule for the day and waited for someone to come. Around 2:00 I was curious as to why I hadnt received a call and called El Dorado to inquire. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes, so I called back. I was put on hold again and then finally told I was indeed scheduled and they were attempting to contact their routing department and would call me as soon as they received information. Thirty minutes past, so I called again, placed on hold again, and then informed that the truck never left the warehouse that morning and they had no idea why. At this point it was almost 4:00. When I asked why I wasnt called this morning to reschedule, they had no answer. When I asked why no other customer was calling about the truck not leaving the warehouse, they had no answer. When I asked about rescheduling, they told me they could not because I had a service scheduled for today and they could not edit it until later that night. Livid, I refused to be waiting for their call again and was transferred to another person. This person told me he could reschedule me, however, I would have to wait 2 days because they do not service Tuesday. He then gave me another 4 hour window for Wednesday. After explaining the mess to my husband, he called to speak with a manager. He was told he would receive a call back within 10 minutes. He wound up calling the next morning to ask why he never received a call from a manager. He was put on hold, told we were scheduled for service later that day, Tuesday (what!?). Frustrated with all the chaos, he asked for a manager again, put on hold for 5 minutes, then told their wasnt an available manager to take his call. He cancelled the service and was adamant that he no longer wanted anything to do with this unprofessional business. Tuesday night, we receive a call to confirm a service for Wednesday. We denied service and were called back two additional times by managers. We were told that all Monday services were cancelled on Friday (what again!?). Employees either do not communicate with one another or do not care about the customer. Nothing was done to remedy our time and frustration. We will never bring our business here again.

***IF THERE ARE DEVELOPMENTS I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW*** There are multiple people I want to mention by name before I start this review: Juan, the store manager Yashira/Yoshira who was an assistant manager and apparently gone after today Karla, Sale associate (Just a little inept at her job, but a warmhearted person) Angel Cervantes, sales associate (the only competent, helpful person in the whole experience) So the furniture set we picked is a master bedroom set and was over $3000 all told. First, I would like to express my extreme displeasure with the delivery company El Dorado contracts with. They were impatient and were unable to communicate because I only speak English (with some basic Spanish) and one member, the driver and owner, could only speak Spanish while the younger man, Jesus, could only speak broken English. Let me be clear, this did not bother me in the slightest! I live in South Florida, I get it. There are many people who predominantly speak Spanish. However, I had to call the main office to call the delivery people every time I wanted to say anything, because after some time they became so belligerent they would not even speak to me anymore and lingered outside with my front door wide open, refusing to make eye contact. So I felt unsafe with them as well as disrespected. Upon attempting to walk the dresser into my bedroom, they smashed into my doorway, leaving about a quarter sized dent. Without my permission, the owner grabbed a white stick (the size of a Sharpie) of some sort of paste material, heated it up with his lighter and started smearing it into the damaged portion. He then began aggressively rubbing it with a piece of cardboard trying to smooth it down but only staining it in the process. Then the younger man said he would call his father to fix it (rather than make a claim against the company insurance I am assuming) and programmed his fathers number into my phone. This was extremely unprofessional since they both told me NOT to call El Dorado because El Dorado would not do anything. The headboard also arrived damaged. Now I have to find someone to generate an estimate , which I then send to El Dorado to maybe get a refund. The process is redundant and absurd. Please finally note that Juan, the store manager, was quite uncompromising on the phone, stating that nothing could be done as of now. The customer service is abysmal. Juan is refusing to offer any quicker re delivery, refusing to compensate us via a refund or some sort of future discount on products, and just took an overall tone of "This f***ing White b****, I dont want to deal with her." I am so heartbroken that the owner treated me so horribly as I think the furniture is beautiful and a few dings should be super is simple to sort out. Be wary of shopping here. The staff are impatient, the delivery service they contract with is, again, absurd and the store owner at this particular location is a jerk. Being nice does not help. Being upset doesnt help. They are just obstinately, bureaucratically uncooperative.

Pienso que en esta tienda el buen servicio concluye una vez el cliente paga por la mercancia. El gerente general me prometio que el reintegro de mi dinero, por una devolucion de una parte de un mueble que no cabia en casa, me seria devuelto via correo regular de tres a cinco dias laborales. Firmo un documento delante de varios empleados y me lo mostro. Hoy es el septimo dia laboral y mi dinero no se donde esta. Ese dia supe, que es politica de la empresa devolver el dinero a los clientes no antes de 15 dias laborares... Solicite personalmente en la tienda me entregaran unas piezas faltantes del juego de comedor que habia comprado. Me informaron que tendrian que pedirlas y me llamarian en tres dias, y hoy es el septimo dia de mi reclamacion y continuo esperando por la llamada de la tienda. Envie una foto y el # de orden de compra de una silla que me entregaron con defecto. La representante me dijo que en 24 o 48 horas alguien de la tienda me contactaria y ya pasaron mas de 100 horas y nadie me contacto. No sabia que el excelente servicio al cliente de esta empresa concluia una vez realizada la venta...
