If you are looking for mid-range furniture, regardless of style, this is the place to go. The showroom is spacious, with separate rooms divided by style and type on two floors. It looks like multiple furniture stores under one roof. The separate areas are modern, classic, dining rooms, living rooms, childrens rooms, office, recliners... This is not the first time I shopped at El Dorado. This is my go-to store in Florida for any furniture or accessories. The selection is great, but what makes this store special is the service you receive. Tha minute I walked in, I was greeted by Carlos. After a quick inquiry about my needs, we wondered off to explore the store. Carlos was readily available to answer all questions without being pushy. He gave us the space we wanted and the time we needed to make or decisions and helped direct us to the right area for what we were looking for. The item we wanted was out of stock, so Carlos made arrangements for us to take the floor samples. The manager, Nick, was instrumental in making sure that the logistics were all worked out, as we only had limited time. The merchandise was quickly wrapped and loaded into the truck and off we went. This was a prime example of two people working together to make the customer happy. Carlos and Nick were nice, smiling, working efficiently and accomplished the impossible to accommodate us. El Dorado should be very proud to have such professional employees! I will definitely be back and highly recommend them.

A fellow who was disillusioned with a National chain (RTG) mentioned El Dorado and boy am I glad! The quality of product and people is so much better here, I am so very glad to have found it. Hellen was my associate, and she patiently toured me through the varied styles and fabrics available in my price range. When I made my decision, she helped me through the financing and delivery arrangement. I loved how many styles this store has! Delivery was also 5 star. They accommodated my work schedule and took much care in setting up my new sectional. It was huge and could fit into the room any number of ways, and the guys made sure I was happy with the placement before they attached the pieces. They also made sure the electric recliners had outlets, and that the pull out sofa looked good and I knew how to open and close it. By the way, my sectional is by far the highest quality, most comfortable and handsome one I have ever owned!

Stopped by the El Dorado Furniture Plantation location on Saturday shortly before closing. Ive purchased several items in the past and always love their unique, fashionable pieces. Simply interested in seeing their latest designs with no plans to purchase anything that evening. However, after a warm greeting from Furniture Associate Hellen Boneh, I decided to take time and look around. She was relaxed, sincere and offered assistance without pressure, putting me at ease. She assisted me by finding quality pieces within my budget. I purchased a leather sofa, a two piece glass/chrome coffee table and two bar stools. Hellen is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Look forward to working with her again soon! Also delivery drivers were prompt and excellent at keeping me updated by phone of their arrival.

Helen I needed furniture for my new home after we relocated from California we visited several furniture stores I was not finding what I was looking for! finally went to El Dorado Plantation as I walked in I saw a very nice lady who asked me if I needed help her name is Hellen Boneh she helped me with all my questions and we made a nice team! I can not thank her enough for taking the time to come to my house to take the measurements for me and we ended up making a great team the result was amazing every penny was worth spending but I know we have great quality for years to come. El Dorado Furniture store at: 400 S University Dr Plantation, FL 33324 This particular branch has the most rude manager, I had an issue with a piece of furniture and tried to see what could be done to exchange it even if it meant a restocking fee, I was even going to purchase a new piece, The manager didnt let me explained I had to keep asking her to listen to me, She, Lindsay Rondo was very rude and hang up the phone on me. I spoke to another branch manager at another store and HE was very helpful and kind. If someone one wants to buy from E Dorado, they should consider a different branch with better customer service.

Fue muy bonito poder comprar en ese lugar,por que nos atendió una Señora encantadora y no sólo por que estaba vendiendo sino por que se nota que es una buena persona. Ella se llama Belkis Bueno. Si en realidad quieres salir feliz de este lugar búscala a ella y el Sr. Enrique fue muy amable.

Walking into the store everyone is usually very welcoming, but one person in particular, Belkis, there’s something very warm about her. She greets with hugs, rather than hand shakes. She is one of the greatest sales reps I have ever worked with. She literally has made things that done seem possible for me, possible, and now my nephew is gonna get to sleep in the bed of his dreams, all because Belkis takes what she does seriously and does whatever she can to help.

Nice furnitures and good price ! I bought almost all my furnitures in this store, the sales Harold is very nice and patience, he helped me to choose the right furnitures for my new condo. Im totally satisfied with my purchase. The delivery is fast and they removed all the boxes from my home. Horrible Customer service at plantation location. Salesperson was ok. Putting me through a run around to file a warranty claim on my defective mattress. Do not purchase a CarloPerazzi, non known brand bed because i am sleeping in a hole! Knew I shouldve purchased my mattress set & furniture elsewhere. Very unprofessional & rude how they deal with their issues.

Great modern furniture selection, and at great prices. Only problem is their delivery methods. They cant give a ballpark estimate of when youre (paid) delivery will arrive on the given weekday, so you essentially have to take the whole day off work and wait around. They call you the day of in the morning and give you a 3h window, but my driver was 2h late.
