I had to have them remove and re-tint one window. But I also had only one request to the front strip and the owner was not very professional about handling the matter. I asked for the strip to be just a bit lower and even showed where. At time was not a problem and expected it as per discussed. When I shared my concern as to the difference, he was a bit angry and sarcastic saying I never said anything and that the machine only spits it out one way, so I asked why not just say that to me in the beginning. My opinion, MAKE SURE YOU GET IT IN WRITING WITH THIS CO. PRIOR TO WORK... Not getting my other cars...

I rarely post reviews.. Here it goes My boyfriend bought me a gift certificate for my birthday.. in Sept of 2012.. I got around to finally getting the work done the first part of 2013.. today is July 11, 2017 Why did I wait so long to finally write a review? Well, I wanted to see how it would hold up! Today, as I ran some errands, for whatever reason, I looked at the tint on my windows.. still as perfect (except for some minor scratches, my fault) as the day they tinted for me. Customer service was outstanding, easy, friendly and mostly .. competent

I will be doing a few reviews. This one is for the initial call to get a quote and make an apt: When calling they were very professional. They gave me a fast quote and advised several options on prices. They gave me a run down of the products they use and that they have a lifetime guarantee. I was able to make an apt quickly and he worked around my crazy schedule -even remaining on the phone (3-5 mins ) while I figure it out. So far -excellent service. To be continued .............

Professional service, prices are very responsible. I called up to get a price for passenger and drivers window tint,he had a opening 1-hour before closing. Tint was done in 30 minutes and I added a strip of Tint on windshield. Tint is computer generated for precision cuts and never using a knife to cut on my window. Thanks Chris, awesome job.

Professional, options to pick from, machine cut tint so its clean looking and was in and out in less then 2 hours. The strip on my windshield wasnt straight so they redid it and looks perfect now.
