You stink AAP! Cant handle bad reviews so you delete them! Rotten eggs! I was in there Tue this week and your snot-head kids working the counter wouldnt help me at all. Were very rude and disrespectful. Used to be you guys were the knights in shining armour, now youre just poop-heads, employing jerks! NEVER going there again! Booooooooooooo!

Once in a while you will meet very good attendants but mostly the attendants are very rude and appear quite mean and disrespectful. Its like they dont want to work. These guys should be changed or customers will look for other auto stores to do business with.

The employees always seem to be high, customer service is terrible, there is always a wait due to poor employees. The knowledge here is non existent. I deal with advance all the time, and this is by far the worst!

Bought a starter from the piney flats store yesterday it wouldnt work properly , returned it at the kingsport store , and was given the replacement without any hassle and it works everytime !
