Took over 2 hours to mount and balance 4 tires which they dont do there, they left with my tires and took them somewhere else to mount and balance them. Did not put the tires on the way I asked with white lettering on outside of tires, then broke center cap of rim due to using impact gun on plastic cap and would not repair or replace. So had to still pay them full price and then go to a different shop to have them remounted the correct way and rebalanced. Would never recommend for auto care. There are better shops in Mt Vernon like two plus one tire shop on west gambier st.

Very poor service. Had my truck for 5 days to put a dip stick tube on. Then had it in there for an oil leak. An they did not fix the leak. An on top of that in the process of trying to work on it. Broke the coil pack connector an did not say anything about it or put new one on. If it wasnt for the warranty I would never had took it back. Still wont Ill take it to a real mechanic an give them the bill. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKING A VEHICLE THERE.

Disappointing. I feel like I was just robbed. $83 to "diagnose" the problem and then gave an estimate for close to double what others in town charged. They failed to mention from the start how much they charge to "take a look"...

Every time we take a car there they either cause another issue or find something that wasnt there before. Are there no competent honest repair shops left?

They charged me $400 dollars change my rear brake pads! Theyre not bad if your willing to cash in your Roth IRA for some repair work.
