Honestly, I dont think these other reviewers that offer good ratings are going to the same place I just visited today. I never write reviews, but this place was so horrible I had to make an exception. I went to see an 04 Audi A6 2.7T S-Line. The car was NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES, which were taken in a cute residential area, and the car looked to be in very good condition. I drove TWO HOURS from PA to see the car, and it had a smashed taillight with rusted rims, stained and grimy seats, buttons with the label completely worn off, broken center console with cupholders, and dented and scraped bumpers. Also, the address on Google and Autolist is WRONG, and I found that out the hard way. It was listed off NJ 23 instead of the slums of Patterson. I had to drive an extra 35 minutes to the Pioneer, because I navigated to their previous address before they were "bought out" by another used car dealer. (I see the address looks changed now, even though they moved lots in December 2016). The lady we talked to, foreign with a name starting with an N, blamed the fact that we drove to the wrong place on ME and proceeded to say she wasnt going to stay open a few extra minutes for us to come see the car. She insisted it was only a 15 minute drive from Butler to Patterson, which was bullshit, and continued to harass us on how we got that estimate. Uh, maybe Google? ...Anyway, their hours are listed till 7pm but they actually close at 6:30pm. She also complained how they had been open since 9am when we asked if they were still going to stay open for us, because we were going to arrive at about 6:20pm, and she said if were late theyre closing. I am a full-time student working two part-time jobs, and youre complaining because you sat at a sales desk all day? Maybe the begging homeless people and the 24/7 sirens drove you nuts, I dont know. No one greeted me when I arrived, so i went inside the building and it was filled with people sitting at desks. No one turned to acknowledge me so i walked out to find the car. And they were supposed to be closing in 5 minutes?? Anyway, the car wasnt even ready because it was at the back of the lot so we couldnt have test drove it if we wanted to. They refused to email the car fax to me so i could see it before i drove TWO HOURS, that they would print it when I got there. I left as soon as i saw the car. Also, theres no parking there so you better hope theres parking along the street. It was THE WORST car buying experience I have EVER had in my lifetime. Do yourself a favor and please dont go there. Honestly Im being serious. The positive reviews on here made me think it was all going to work out, that went well

Avoid buy a car at this place. My mom bought a 2002 Toyota Highlander last year and when we went to pass inspection on the car it didnt pass. We took the car back to them so they could fix because she has a 2 year warranty and it was a problem. They were so rude and unprofessional, they final took the car to get fix but in the process of this my mom got two e-pass tickets. She had to agrue with the manager and owner so they could pay for the tickets. Now the biggest problem is about a month ago we were traveling to CT and the car stopped in the middle of the highway. When I called they to have a tow truck pick up they car (which is under warranty) and they didnt want to. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to a pay for tow truck from CT to Jersey. When I came back I went to them and told they I wanted another car or they need to fix my car and I was told that I couldnt change it and they wont fix it either. When I bought the car I was told I can change it anytime I wanted. They are the biggest liars. At this point Im taking legal matters with this scam artists.

I had a terrible experience save your money DO NOT BUY from this place. I drove over 6 hours to come see a car they had listed a NISSAN Murano. I test drove it and the exhaust system was terrible a hole in the pipe and one exhaust pipe was missing. I decided to get a car Toyota SCION and it was worst thing I could have done. I drove it all the way back to Rochester and before I could park it I hear a loud noise. Took it to my local mechanic this morning he states the whole exhaust system has to be replaced before I can get it inspected. The cost $1575 to have the car repaired. DO NOT BUY from this dealership if you can READ this or you will have issues. Not juts the fact they asked me to come to test drive a car they knew had issues I drove six hours because they emailed me thought they were sincere they werent just money hungry foreigners...BEWARE DO NOT BUY anything from them not even a bicycle.

I went up to a look at chevy truck.Four days earlier was advertised in craigslist for $2250.00.I saw the price was going down to $2450.00 for over a week to $2250.00.I called them two days later it is now $2650.00 with no improvements to the truck.So I drove 2.5 hours to take a look at it so I thought ok maybe about the truck.It needs about $800.00 worth of work the tires are almost next to bald do not know if it would pass state inspection fuel gauge dancing around do not know how much gas you have a $500.00 fix quoted by chevy and the emergency brake does not work goes the floor board maybe a cable issue.I never heard of a price goes up on a vehicle just sitting there unless it is a collector car not a way to sell a vehicle.I tried to buy it for $2000.00 they said forget about it that I know that it has issues.They lost my interest in the truck.

Just bought a Volkswagen Passat form them and I LOVE IT! It is used but honestly you cant even tell because of how well it runs. This is my third VW Passat and so far the best of all three. Also the people are very friendly and really helpful, I was surprised how fast they got all the paperwork done, I have sat in other used car dealerships for hours before and this was not the case with them. Let me not forget the best part, there prices are amazing. They are a wholesale cash dealer and you can definitely get a great car for a reasonable price. Usually dealers try to get you with some outrageous dealer fee, not the case with them. So if your looking for a great car and you dont want to spend a lot this is the place to go. Im taking my mother in soon to get her a car as well. I Highly recommend it!

If I could give these guys a zero I would. Looked at several vehicles there found issues with almost all them. (timing belts, rust, clutch issues and so on) Bought a Mazda 3 because they claimed it was sooo clean. Heard a little knock in front suspension and they said it was the bushings on sway bar and it is only an $18 part. What a bunch of crap!!!! It is a $18 dollar part but needs $300 in labor to do it. Then found out on the way home Transmission light comes on. They said buy the warranty. Found out they were disconnecting battery to reset warning lights. These guys are real SHADY CROOKS!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT A MONEY PIT OF A CAR!!! REALLY BAD NEWS!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! Just found out it needs a Trans thats why they were disconnecting battery to reset codes
