Pros This is a real review, not any of those 5 star ones below that were constructed by upper management. Anyways, pros: the actual family who owns the company are one of the most genuine owners Ive ever had the pleasure of working under; they are truly representative of what good owners of a company should be. Cons Cons: (1) Managerial Pay: This website says $13-21/hr; in reality, its closer to $12-14/hr. The higher portions of the range are relative to HR and Department Manager-level pay; all other managerial positions sit in that $12-14 range. However, they are still given the responsibilities that other companies would pay $17-25/hr for. (2) Sales Rep Pay: Sales reps usually bounce between $12-15/hr. They work inside (not in the warehouse portion of the company) and deal mostly with brokers, businesses, and the occasional consumer. They have quotas typical of a sales position WITHOUT commission; their position is strictly hourly. Given the quotas, that sales position should have both hourly and commission, but it does not. Similar to the managerial pay, that position demands responsibilities and quotas that arent being adequately covered in the pay. (3) Warehouse Employee Pay: $9-11/hr. The average starting point is $10/hr, and the position grows to $11/hr in the second year of employment. Unfortunately, the main downside is the lack of opportunistic growth; if an employee within the warehouse doesnt impress management with themselves in the first 3 months, the unspoken cap is going to be that $11/hr for the rest of your time at this company. Added onto that is the simple fact that warehouse employees work with harsh chemicals to clean and refurbish the product that is being vendored while dealing with the rough and tiring atmosphere of a warehouse. In the summer, it can get upwards of 110 degrees inside the warehouse due to how the heat gets trapped, and during the winter, it can get as low as 15 degrees due to how the cement floors hold onto the cold weather. (4) Advancement opportunities in the company: There is little advancement opportunities in the company. The initial view is that there are plenty of opportunities due to the hierarchy of the company; however, any positions above the standard employee positions are filled with employees that are favored by management; the actual level of performance and managerial skills one employee has over another is irrelevant. As long as any employee is well liked by management, they may have a chance of going up a step; otherwise, despite any skill or actual performance, an employee will remain at the bottom level during their time at this company. (5) Benefits: There is only one benefit: health insurance. And, as an extra twist, it is the lowest possible health insurance required by the new government laws and regulations. Before those regulations were passed, the health insurance was the second from the bottom lowest possible coverage offered. In short: you wont be getting much benefit from the only benefit offered. (8) Atmosphere: the atmosphere is, unfortunately, stressful and mentally (and a lot of times physically) exhausting. All of these cons for a measly $10/hr for most employees. It isnt worth the years of life this job drains from a person.

Our business was a little outdated when it came to PCs. I contacted Jeremy and he gave me a great price on 20 PCs and 20 phones. I want to personally thank Jeremy for his exemplary service. He should be given a raise for his excellent work. I have inspected the PCs and Phones I ordered and they are in perfect condition. The "C Stock" phones look like A stock. Save from a few blemishes here or there they are in perfect working order. As for the PCs they fire right up and are ready for me to integrate them into the network here. Thank you again Jeremy and PC Liquidations for excellent service and excellent products. UPDATE: Placed another 2 orders through Jeremy for 20 keyboards and 20 mice. Everything went smoothly with the keyboards and they are in excellent shape. The prices are unbelievable for the quality of product that you receive. I will be purchasing anything electronics related though Jeremy at PC Liquidations from now on. You have earned a life time customer. Thank you once again... and give Jeremy a raise!!!!! lol UPDATE2: Placed another order with Jeremy at PCLiquidations. Always come back to PC Liquidations for great customer service and excellent products. Everything I have bought from them has been top notch. And if there were ever a problem I know I would be able to contact them at any time and they would help me fix the issue. Dont hesitate to do business with them, you wont regret it!!

It was a cold winter for me and business was booming. All my local dealers couldnt handle the cold and were unable to provide me with a replacement phone I needed. I took to the interwebs and alone and behold there it was. The golden egg Ive been looking for, Pcliquidations. I immediately picked up my phone and dialed their number. I was greeted by what sounded like an angel. I was baffled because I noticed they were in Jacksonville Fl, and thought to myself there is no way. But I was indeed wrong. Their sales coordinators were gifted and helped me find what I needed. A few days later my phone arrived. Saved my business. Its because of these fine men and women I was able to continue my work and put food on my table for my children. Thank you Pcliquidations, for everything that you do. What I like most is their very user friendly website, that easily helps you navigate to items of interest. Another key thing I noticed was their warranties. Which I must say is nice to have. So in all the experience was above excellent. Highly recommend.

Generally speaking I havent had any serious issues with anything I have acquired at PCL. The older and cheaper the equipment, the more likely it will have issues. One ThinkPad died at 4 months, but it was pretty old and used to begin with, probably C Stock. Most of the computers bought have been A stock and in some cases brand new but reboxed. You might get a wrong power supply with your laptop or the battery might be dead, they will always get you a replacement if you call it in right away. One laptop was missing its wireless card and the antenna wires were stripped. Easily fixable and worth it considering the cost. Everyones experience will vary, but for the most part ordering used equipment online can be a risk and finding a reputable seller is hard. PCL will sell you what they have, but you still have to inspect the product immediately.

I Initially ordered via their website but after careful review I wanted to upgrade my Polycom phone and power supply from the VVX 410 to the VVX 500 and get the PoE adapter rather than the cord. My customer service rep David was absolutely awesome, thorough, succinct, and perceived my thoughts and concerns before I could even ask. He was quick, efficient, knew exactly want I really needed and was able to explain the best product and technology for what I really need. He was my superman and I will specifically ask for David by name for all my ordering with PCLiquidations. This is customer service at its best. Never used them before but I will tell my other colleague in small business using VOIP.

This is the first time I buy a used Apple computer. I was a little nervous, so I decided to call PC Liquidation customer service directely . I was very well assisted, prompt and courteous service. - I bought an Apple A1181 Macbook 1,1 13" LCD Core Duo (T2400) - 2GB Memory 160GB HDD. I received the Macbook as promised. Fast shipping and with excellent condition ( almost invisible signs of cosmetic wear). Fully reconditioned, Power adapter was included. The Wifi takes only 5 seconds at the first start and goes faster after that. I am pleased with this purchase, the price was great, I love the 90 days warantee & technical support ! Thank you
