If I had the time I would describe the situation. I know I arrived 15 minutes before closing to order a poster for a wake tomorrow by 2pm. 2 associates practically scared me away and did everything for me not to place the printing order. I went outside and called OfficeDepot Strongsville, well well... They took my order even after 9 over the phone and promised it will be done by 2pm tomorrow !!! This is not the first incident with this Staples location especially on printing services... Way to go OfficeDepot.

Waited for help at the customer service desk for ten minutes before an employee came to see me. Keep in mind that two other staff were around and not busy while I waited. By the time I was seen, the associate asked a series of questions that assumed I had no idea what I was doing there. Yes I need help. I need to pick up an online order. Instead I got half a dozen round about questions that did nothing to expedite my purchase.

Amazing service and speedy business card delivery. Two workers, Anthony C. and Jessica R. should be commended for outstanding work and customer service. They did everything in their power to make sure that we were satisfied and happy with our product. A+++ will only order cards from Staples.
