I have an old MacbookPro that by todays standards is a bit out of date. I wanted to continue to get some use out of it for processing media so i shopped around for an upgrade. A friend of mine recommended Chucks Computer Help. So i went ahead and went with him off of her recommendation. This guy went out of his way to help me. I thought i knew about computers but I got the wrong type of ram and I almost lost my data on my old hard drive. He went out of his way saving and recovering my data, he found a better hard drive and the correct ram for a cheaper price. I was very very happy with his service especially my data. Very satisfied to say the least!

Great service. I dropped my computer off at 5pm and had it back the next day. Chuck called me that night and confirmed my hard drive had failed. We agreed on the size of a new hard drive and he had it ready the next day. Pleasure to work with.
