I purchased a motherboard from PC Parts Unlimited through Amazon. I received the board Dead on Arrival. Understanding that these things happen, I paid to return the board and purchased a 2nd motherboard while awaiting a refund for the first. The second board I received was an entirely different part from what was ordered. Not wanting to purchase a 3rd board while waiting on the pending refund of the previous two, I called PC Parts Unlimited to see how they could help. Call it luck, but I have never had a bad experience with a customer service representation until today. Not only was I interrupted multiple times with sighs and obvious frustration, but I received no assistance in any form. I now have to purchase the same motherboard 3 times, wait a total of 3 weeks for shipping, but I was even told "Im not refunding the return shipping cost or expediting the replacement shipping". As a PC repair shop owner, I deal with a wide variety of parts dealers and this has been, by far, the worst company I have had the displeasure of doing business with. I will not be purchasing anything else from them and advise against anyone else from doing so.

In addition to the fact their web site has no clear, concise mention of their policies, this retailer ships merchandise without owners manuals; they send broken/defective parts; and they (specifically someone who goes by the name of "Gary") have the gall to try and charge a 20% restocking fee to "restock" merchandise that is defective in the first place. If you are considering doing business with this retailer, it would be prudent to be aware of your credit cards ability to protect you from this companys deceitful business practices.

First off this is a great company who is willing to assist their customers and provides amazing support! I ordered the wrong part from this company and needed to exchange the part. I emailed the staff and promptly got a response! I was given plain instructions on what to do to return the part and exchange it for another! I will gladly buy from this fine establishment again! Update: I ordered the correct part and it worked PERFECTLY!!! The RMA went smoothly! This is a great company to deal with!!!

SCAMMERS! I purchased a laptop motherboard from this company. The motherboard had an integrated processor. This company sold me this item as an i7 - what I received was an i3. Now they are jerking me around with the return shipping. BUYER BEWARE. This cost our company an hour labor, the cost of return shipping, etc. They also appear to operate under several different business names. Research this company under the Better Business Bureau, they have an "F" rating.

Ive had 2 issues with this company with the same order. First issue was that they never initiated the shipping tracking, they also shipped it 5-7 day standard instead of the 2 day priority that was advertised. They did not respond to any email or phone call. When we did eventually get the computer, they power supply (charger) didnt work. 0/10 will never buy from again
