Visited the store in the middle of the week when there was maybe one other customer in the store and the staff seemed to ignore us at first before providing some poor assistance. We were greeted when we walked in with them asking if we needed anything, as I went to say yes they just turned away to continue talking among themselves. So I walked closer to them to get their attention, it sounded like I interrupted a personal conversation and they didnt seem to like that. Oh well, no worries, but then the service that we did get was horrible when checking out the VR setup they had. The guys name was Brian who helped us, Im guessing he was either having a bad day or hates his job, not one smile and barely any eye contact when asking questions. Not to mention, I went to show my wife the VR setup and get in some demos to help convince her that we need one, but I guess MS decided for the holidays to remove all good demos that Id participated in before. Instead they only have one lame/goofy snowball fight which did not help give my wife that good impression I was looking for. Brian failed to be engaging and help her through it too.

HORRENDOUS. A few months ago, my computer automatically updated Windows 10 without my permission and it destroyed my computer- would cause it to black out randomly and keyboard was out of order. I took it to Microsoft Windows and the employees were determined to fix it. They had my computer for 3 months- I was very patient despite the fact my work suffered without my laptop. My husband and I would go in and out of the store every 2 weeks and they would come up with new reasons that they needed to keep it and wait on further items to come in to replace. We trusted them but my husband requested multiple times for them to simply replace the laptop as it was evident there was no fixing it. Eventually, they destroyed my hard drive after assuring that this likely wouldnt occur. Now, I have lost 3 months of work and lost my wedding pictures and videos. If they had honored our request of replacing my laptop early in the process, I would not be in this position and they wouldve had an extremely satisfied client. I would never trust them again with my valuables.

These store is .......I droped of my phone because the speaker stopped working (I had still guarrantee on it) they said no problem we fix it, after 3 weeks I get a call to pick up my phone we go all the way from downtown Jacksonville to the Town Center to get my phone back, it was not fixed. Miss Helen explained me they were unable to fix it because they not longer support the Lumia 640 for real ? You want kidding me? Why you stay 3 weeks with my phone ? I ask for the store manager, Mister Sylvester Perry, Oh we believ we bothered him to go home. I think my concern was very funny both of them were very amused. they offert me $40 Dollars Gift card thats it. For real I bought 11 phones with Invisible Shield Protection and Otterbox for my business and that is what you can expect on costumer service and guarrantee from Microsoft store. I start dumping all my microsoft produkts. Thank you Microsoft store on St. Johns Town Center. I will never come back.

First I had an hour appointment with Brian. He must be paid for sales only vs service, because he carried on three conversations at once while I was trying to explain my problem after upgrading to Windows 10. He continued this multitasking for an hour and then said he could not help me anymore and I would have to leave my computer so they could uninstall windows 10 and do a "clean" reinstall. A week later I got my computer back and the problems had not been solved. This time I got an hour appointment with Matt. He repeated almost the exact same behavior as Brian and also could not solve my problem. After the hour he suggested that I leave my computer and come back in a week. I rejected that and went home. I now have uninstalled windows 10 and all is working well on windows 7 again. I do not plan to upgrade again to windows 10.

Ive been in this store 3 times now. Not once has anyone asked if Im looking for anything or if I need help. I went in today (a Saturday at 1:00pm) and I was the only one in the store. Two employees at the front of the store were playing rocket league (which is apparently more important than assisting customers) and 3 more were socializing with each other in the back. I was looking to spend $300+ in the store, but no one stopped what they were doing to come help me. The first two times I had a similar experience, but I let it slide. Acting like this on a Saturday afternoon is ridiculous. Just a tiny bit of effort or customer service from this store would be fantastic.

After 5 long dreadful days of dealing with online Microsoft technical support, i took my lenovo laptop into this store. Lynnette worked for a few hours on it herself trying everything hoping to let me take it home with me. We had to keep it there overnight. The next day we found there was no fixing my computer so Javis the store manager sold my lenovo back to company and gave me in exchange a new dell laptop. Lynnette and Javis were soo friendly and soo helpful , they just got a new lifetime customer. Will repeat and definitely recommend you go here.

Excellent experience. We have purchased several items from this store. Service has always exceeded expectations. Recently had to visit the store due to problems with my Microsoft Band that I had purchased at another store. Someone quickly greeted me and helped me make an instore appointment with the tech, even offering me a drink. Within fifteen minutes they ended up replacing the device with a new oneand I was out the door. Do not buy a Windows computer without first comparing prices and service at this store. Theyre fantastic.

We were like twenty minutes in line for the vive virtually reality demo the bearded guy was explaining to other customers about the demo it was 8:15 when the last customer before me and my son, the guy did not even consult about us playing he rejected us and said that tomorrow will be another day and that he was not letting thirteen year olds which corresponded my sons age i was very disappointed and i hoped that he will not feel the same experience i did. I expected that in this store the customer is always respected as well

Thank god this store helped me avoid the mistake of buying a microsoft product. The door greater girl was so rude I am still stunned and Im typing this 2 hours later. She was so obnoxious that she had the nerve to tell me not to bother talking to her after I said I couldnt hear what she was saying. Needless to say I will not go back here and I feel lucky that I avoided the mistake of spending even a dime here.

I came there just to look around the laptops and I came out more knowledgeable than just watching reviews in YouTube. Staff are very helpful especially Pat. She was the one who helped me and even showed me how the laptops look outside in bright sunlight as I am concerned about screen brightness. I was able to compare a couple of laptops and there is no pressure in buying. Overall an awesome experience.
