I first took my computer to Reliant computer services on 540. I was there early Monday Morning. The lady at the front door said yes we can get to your computer today. They finally called me Wednesday to tell me come and get it it, Its fixed. It was late so I went Thursday morning. The computer wasnt fixed. He tells me hes got to be somewhere else. Hell be back at 6:30 PM. I got there at 6:30 and he never showed up. Friday morning he worked on the computer for a half hour and said Ill be back at 6:30. I am not going to go through that again. I took my computer. I know there is a computer store that know how to fix computers. I had to take my dog to the beauty parlor. Next door is a computer shop.. I talk to Jimmy Lee and he said go get your computer. So I went home and brought it back. It took Jimmy about thirty min (while I was there) He found the problem and fixed. This store is my new service for computers while Jimmy works there. He knows what he doing. Thank you Jimmy for being good at your job. Ill recommend your service if any body asks me where to go. Dont go to Reliant. It only cost me 35 bucks to get my computer fix. What a fair price. Reliant charge me 150 bucks. Guess what ... I dispute the charges. Go to Computers Plus for your computer needs.

I took my computer to Dan on Friday the 6th at almost closing time. He and Wendell were very accommodating and explained everything to me. A message kept coming up about a virus and when they called me on Monday I had over 1500 viruses. They had it ready for me by 3:00 on Tuesday the 10th and now it is working perfectly. They were very helpful, not rushed and took time to talk to me . My experience was excellent. My daughter has a hearing loss so it was important that I get my laptop back as soon as possible as that is a way I communicate with her most while living in this area as snow birds. With the Canadian dollar so bad...I feel like I was charged fairly and would not hesitate to take it back to them again if I have future problems. Connie Halifax, Nova Scotia

I needed my laptop fixed so back to Computers Plus,they moved down the street i found out.The new shop looks really nice and bright and the owners are the same,very pleasant.I was pleased to see they haven t changed there diagnostic charge since i started going there.I got my laptop back in a few days,worked great and much faster!They answered all my question and since i got there anti-virus programs runs faster w/ out that extra Norton CRAP.I recommend them to anyone that asks me about computers give em a try,i think you will be happy! to chris paul,funny you are complaining about what a "older lady" told you.There are two sides to every story.If you were so upset Mr.IT guy ,why didn t you just fix it for her in the first place........just a thought

These people are a complete scam. I work in IT for the biggest bank in the country and am having to fix a laptop that was taken there by an older lady. First they told her the hard drive was bad and replaced the hard drive but told her they used a cheap one and it would fail in a month. The windows they installed is using an invalid OEM code so that is going to expire in 21 days. They tried to charge her for a new power cord that they lost her original power cord and gave her an HP power cord that used the wrong voltage for a dell laptop. When the laptop came back to her the touchpad would not work at all. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND WOULD NEVER TAKE A COMPUTER HERE.

I took my sons IPhone in to get the glass replaced. It wasnt cracked, it was shattered. Another store that advertises replacements for $100 told me flat out it was beyond their expertise. Computers Plus not only did it for less but they had the skills to not just replace the glass but also noticed issues with the inside hardware and fixed it, no extra charge. The nameless store warned me there would be inside issues with shattered phones. I was so impressed. Now when I have questions with my computers or need a phone, Computers Plus is my first and only call!

I spent double the money elsewhere only to be told they could not retrieve off my crashed hard drive. Took two weeks...Dan had my hard drive for about one hour and had my information ready for me to reload onto new computer! He is the most honest and talented person in Winter Haven, Fl. I would recommend Dan to everyone!! Save money and go to Dan the Man!!! Computers Plus!!!

these guys are scammers. they got my computer in there and changed a fan that was bad and then they told me i had bad sectors on my hard drive .what they did was deleet a few of the windows directives so it wouldnt do anything . i did a defrag on it and found that out.it also took them 10 days longer to do it than what they said.

I had a computer that needed repair. I was given a timeframe and the people at Computers Plus stuck to it. I was called when the repairs were done and I havent had a problem ever since. The prices were fair and he also gave me some computer care tips. I will definitely be doing business with Computers Plus again!!
