after many visits to this staples I met a new tec adviser by the name of Mark..and it was how I always thought it should be. he listened to me ... he explained what had happened to my computer... he showed me how he fixed it.... he helped me learn how to fix it myself ..all in a few minutes,,,,,, when I next buy anything in electronics I hope Mark is there to serve me thankyou Mark from john ketley now i can add another excellent tech in this store his name is craig and he really went out of his way to help me with a problem on my computer ... by the way i have had so many problems with the sophos anti virus product i had to have it taken out and it cost me over$ 90

Ridiculous. When I brought my item up to check out it was double the listed price, turns out you have to mail in for a rebate. So I went to find something similar but I would have had to mail in for a rebate for that one as well. IM TRYING TO RUN A BUSINESS, I DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOUR REBATES. JUST LIST WHAT IT COSTS AND STOP WASTING MY TIME. I left your store and Im taking my business to walmart or amazon.

One cashier is the only one ever open, the phone is always ringing off the hook, no staff to help, surly employees, rude. They have the worst, slowest staff. Nothing is ever in stock. Im done with this store and will drive an extra 30 mins to go to the one by Costco on Naples Blvd., they have their act together.

Apparently the copy guy was not going to help me at all because he had a poster to finish. I was still going to buy some supplies to do the work myself but I had to wait at the register for 15 mins before I left and no one came to check me out.

Very slow, only ONE register open! The spanish cashier, Iranys is very rude and so unprofessional! Dont know how she got hired. Get people who know how to offer real customer service. Until then Ill shop online or a different location.

Robert in the copy center is very incompetent, slow, rude and a horrible person to deal with. If you want something from that area do not go in when he is working! There is either a huge line or he moves super slow.
