Im not writing a review. I just want to defend our position. We have had several bad reviews, but we are still 4 out of 5 stars. It seems that people that consider themselves to be competitors are trying to make us look bad. I have been with this company for many years now. I personally know that there are two things this company and its ownership worry about. 1) OUR CUSTOMERS 2) OUR EMPLOYEES!! We work VERY hard to be competitive in the market place. We definitely are not here to sell "boxes", any competitor that thinks you can have huge margins on product is INSANE, there is simply no profit on products in this day and age. We are a solutions company. We make our money on our service, making money in service takes CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!! I can guarantee we have some of the most loyal customers in this market. I would like to see the retention rate that the people that "bad-mouth" us have. We offer MANY more services and have MANY MANY more resources than our so called competition! We are a strong company with certified technicians, we also have another company which is Byte Shop / Business Solutions, there we ONLY focus on business customers and ALL our engineers are certified and VERY capable to handle any size business network or issue. We even go above and beyond with business consulting to help businesses save money and run their companies more efficiently. I dont see anyone else doing this. We dont do it just to do it. We have experience and knowledge, not to mention great professional services relationships. Anyone that would like to see if were "expensive" we wholly welcome you to look at our pricing and go out and compare, of course there are people out there that will undercut us just to get business, but in the end those customers end up in our stores telling us their horror story. One thing you will NEVER see from us is slandering our competition on a review under their company. We have integrity and morals. We believe in karma and also believe that if you cant stand on your own then you shouldnt stand. We know where we stand I dont need to try and lie. I am blessed to have had Neil help me! He was very professional and patient with me as I had a lot of questions in regards to my computer. He gave me a very good price for what he did to fix it. Brought my computer back in my car upon leaving. He was honest, kind and was very good at explaining what was going on with my computer. I know he will be my go too if something come up again. I bought a computer there and about 3 months later started having problems with it and when I took it back to him, the person there started to give me an attitude and threw his pen in the air and started being a total jerk. Stay away from this place. Nice when they are selling you something and totally different when something happens..
