This review is about Apple in general, not so much the Waterside store, as they were much nicer than the Nashua NH store. This is my second IPhone, I had the 4 now the 5. I have had so many problems with my iphone 5, the battery would go dead by about 11:00 am. and would not hold a charge. Then about a week later while I was in NH, the phone lost its wifi ability and I could not use it at all. I was in the middle of NH, no land line all my passwords and info were stored on my phone, I couldnt even call Verizon to see if they could help as I had no phone! I was so freaked out. I finally found a place where I could use a computer and a phone (landline) at my daughters office where she worked, otherwise I would have been totally stranded it was close to 5pm. and not much is open in the country after 5pm.!! Verizon could not help, so I ended up having to turn to Apple for help, which meant driving 3 hours round trip out of my way the next morning, which was a major hassle as I was packing up a cottage to drive back to Florida the day after that! Anyway I got to the Apple store in Nashua NH at the Pheasant Lane mall and the young kids waiting on me where so rude, so arrogant and the girl with tattoos and nose rings insisted on helping other people the entire time she was supposedly helping me and it was so irritating, I felt like a number and I didnt matter, I had to download all my info on my phone from my computer, no area to do it, even though I had an appointment, I use it for business and all my contacts are on it, emails etc. so if I lost anything I was screwed! She could care less and I lost 6 months of pictures and texts, luckily I had the contacts I needed, but I hate Apple, If I could get another phone I would!! They gave me a new phone, thank god and its been OK, Unfortunately I just dropped it and shattered the screen, no insurance...so, I called the Apple store in town at Waterside and they cant tell me the cost to fix the screen of an iPhone 5 (PLEASE, give me a break!) over the phone and I must make an appointment and they are booked today and tomorrow but could squeeze me in Monday!! Please give me a break!!! "Apple you are way too big for your britches" and I say we all boycott them and go elsewhere then they might treat us better and wont be so damn busy!!

Came with a laptop with hardware issues. 4pm wednesday, they have no appointment available. Guy told me to come first thing in the morning. I did. Walked in the store as soon as they opened (10:00am) and everybody is applauding clapping their hands welcoming me. I asked if they do this every morning, Im told yes, we do. Im thinking this is great! After this fantastic welcome Im told next available GENIUS is in 3 hours. (so 1:00pm) WTF? Why did you tell me to come first thing when next available is in 3 hours? All right. They have this SMS system. We will send you 3 text messages to alert you for your apointment. First message came right away: "Weve reserved your spot in line at the Genius Bar and will be ready for you soo. Youll get a reminder when its almost your turn" I live 14 miles from the store, so I figured I got plenty of time to go home do a few things. I get out of the car, here is a text message I found: time 10:38 "We will be ready for you shortly. Please make your way back to the Apple Store soon." So I did. Packed my 2 year old back in the car, and away we went to the store. 14 miles later we arrive its 11:13am. Im told that my appointment will be close to 1:00pm as scheduled. But I should hang around and wait for the third text message to arrive to get to the GENIUS bar. WTF? Why did you send me a text at 10:38 that says come to the store when there is no one available till one? So I hang out with my two year old for an hour and a half wasting my time and left. 3rd text message came at 2:21 "Were ready to check you in. Please make your way to the apple store so we can hold your place in line." 4th 2:24 "we havent heard from you, so well be moving on the next person in line. Please check in with us to make a new reservation. How the F is this a reservation? First they text to to get in there because "shortly they will be ready" 2 hours later they are still not ready. Then they text me to get there and two minutes later, text me that I didnt show up. WTF????? Not used to this from apple. NOV. 5th-2015 Tomas

This is the worst apple store I have ever been in. There were two of us waiting. One of us had an appointment at 7 and I had one at 710. At 7:30 a woman came waltzing in and sat at the genius bar. We all were before her. The genius said that she had a mac and he only worked on mac. At 7: 30 we asked when we were going to be served. we both had broken pieces of equipment and there is no other place where I have to wait for an appointment when I have a problem. This elderly woman came up to me and said that they were running behind. I said I have a broken piece of equipment and need a refund because at this point I do not wish to own an apple product. She told me I would just have to wait. I asked how long and she did not know. I have been to apple stores all over the US and have never had an elderly woman attempt to help me with equipment that was invented 60 years after she was born. This place is a joke and weird. She said this is a crowded store. I had just finishing telling my friend that this was the least crowded apple store I had ever been in. I really wish we could give negative ratings. The last stores I went to were in Austin texas and Tampa florida and I was helped right away. They replaced my equipment. The people were young and all were knowledgable about their products. This old lady wouldnt know an ipod from an iphone. I guess in this ridiculous town there are very few young people unless they are sponging off of their elderly grandparents. Very hard to get anything done in Naples Florida. You must ride to Tampa or Miami. I would suggest doing that rather than waisting time going to this place. There was a large group of old people sitting around an elderly man attempting to teach them how to use an ipad. This place is not just weird it is ridiculous.

The only reason I even give this store 2 stars is because I walked in today and actually got decent service for once. Every time I have ever been in the Naples store they flat out ignore me. Im a big guy and I dress very casual. So unless you walk into this store looking like you can afford to buy their entire inventory, plan on getting ignored. The one time I inquired about a device, that I was about to drop $1600 on, the little obnoxious turkey that spoke to me was so rude and condescending because apparently he knew it all, lost his sale. I walked right out and swore to never buy another Apple product if this is how they allow their company to be represented. Not sure if the little obnoxious turkey still works there but I imagine he would have been fired by now for such poor treatment of the people who pay your bills. This is a poor example of an Apple store. I hate to ever give bad reviews on anything but this place is a peculiar at best poor example of a retail store. They should appreciate their customers instead of treating them like they are doing the customer a favor. Oh yeah, obnoxious turkey, you may know a few things about Apple products but Ive been using, building, repairing computers and electronics longer than you have been alive. You lost a customer for good.
