The store sold a brand new refrigerator that came defective. A factory service representative failed to address the issue and the store refuses to take the appliance back. The sales representatives are unprofessional, very unhelpful, the worst buying experience ever. Will have to go small claims court to make them take back the defective product.

I bought all new Frigidaire Professional appliances in Jan 2016 from Patty. Had to send back my stove twice because it had the same defect. The third time it still had the same but not as bad. Decided to keep it Patty was very helpful and got Frigidaire to give us a rebate. Now my microwave isnt working will have to call to get someone out.
