Bought a bedroom set and everything was great until the furniture arrived. 1) Small dents in many different places. 2) three of the drawers were broken on the inside 3) one of the lamp was slightly bent 4) one of the decorative chrome bar came off completely as soon as I opened the chest drawer. 5) protective coating sticker was placed so that it cant be removed, and upon technicians visit he told me it was a manufacture defect. Sales rep (Peter) was not cooperative or was even planning on hearing me out. He told me I already signed the paper then hung up on me. Sales rep Peter is by far the most unprofessional and unethical sales person I have EVER encountered. He refused to take the defective products back but luckily the finance company was able to do so on my behalf. Only positive thing I can say about this place is that store manager Sammy was composed and professional. I am just sorry that he had to apologize on his incompetent employees behalf. Which is the only reason why Im giving two stars instead of one.
I Usually dont write bad reviews but they keep failing to deliver. They have very bad costumer service. I bought furniture worth about 5K from their store. Trying to fix headboard since more than a year, and still they havent fixed it. Tom keeps saying someone will come to fix it and I called more than 20 times they keep saying lies, and not sending anyone to fix it. If I ask other guys in the store they tell me talk to Tom, and no one is willing to help fix it. Terrible costumer service avoid if you can. I hope some one sees this review and fixes the issue here.
Horrible costumer service they are all Arabs and most of the good reviews they have are all from people that work there. you can clearly tell from their names. They are very rude and the manager literally told me over the phone "He would only give me what he has and he wouldnt take it back" now i have to go through this process with the bank getting my refund because they didnt have what they showed so they just sent a random one.
They have horrible costumer service. I bought an couch from here a month ago and still havent received they keep extending the dates and also when you call to check in they have horrible attitudes towards their costumers they just wanna give you what they have, not what you need. I personally wouldnt recommend this place to anyone because they dont know how to treat their costumers and will feed you lies.
Such good customer service . They had a wide selection of furniture at great prices. The sofa and bedroom set I bought was beautiful and came well packaged. The delivery employees were very nice with me. Wonderful service tom was great with me. He was able to help me decide what I want and when I was astonished
I bought a dinning room set and two sofas a year ago.The things they sell look great but are poorly mad with cheap materials. Two ofdinning table legs are breaking and one of my sofa broke on me so I had to go to home Depot to buy better wood than what they use a city furniture,just so I could fix my sofa.
I bought a RECLINER SOFA here with a warranty of 1 year, but furniture frame broke down in two months. Requested for service, no one turned up despite calling them number of times.
