The furniture is nice and solid. However, the customer service in our opinion was lacking. We picked out a dining table that was in a corner of the store, however, when we tried out chairs we did not carry them over to the other end of the showroom to test them out on the table we selected. Turns out this was a big mistake because we did not realize the table had an "apron" about 4" deep and that made all the standard height dining chairs a tight fit when one sits on them. They are fine for us, but would be uncomfortable for anyone "larger". I can not cross my legs under the table as I can do under other dining tables and thus getting in and out one has to pull the chair all the way out to stand up. Given we spent about an hour in the store checking things out, the sales people, and we spoke to a couple during this time, should have mentioned the "apron" and trying out the chairs with the chosen table, even if it was a drag to take all the chairs over to the other side of the room. We became stuck with the dining table as it was considered a "custom" order and would have lost the deposit if we backed out. Once we realized the problem, the sales people suggested raising the height of the table by an inch for an additional cost and several weeks of waiting and we were told we can not buy another table without losing the deposit. At this time we were told, yes of course, the apron is 4 inches and all standard chairs are 18" high as if this was obvious at the time of purchase. All the chit chat small sales talk did not provide necessary information to make an informed purchase. I never had this problem before purchasing a table but now I know to ask about "aprons" and meticulously measuring everything. In the long run, who cares, it is just a table and it is solid, but we would not purchase there again.

FIVE STARS. Hands down best furniture store in Westchester and Ive been to them all. HUGE showroom. So big, you will be asked as you enter if you have ever been... I was a first timer so I was given a brief overview of the layout., asked if I needed anything. When I said no just looking I was actually left alone so I could take it all in. Exactly what I wanted. Finally a store that understands their customers... I was impressed... Feels like a mom-and-pop run store...something I love love love and miss in our day and age. Furniture is top quality obviously. Heavy duty. This furniture is an investment in your future! No press-board BS here and custom jobs like mine were welcomed with open arms and handled very professionally. Delivery was EARLY!!! Imagine that? ***Best part in my opinion is the sales people are not commission-based like car-salesman from what I could gather so there was no pressure on the salesperson who helped me to make the sale and therefore no pressure on me to make the purchase before I was ready!!*** Such a different air about this place! If you are in the market for new furniture, I would begin your journey here. You will not be disappointed.

Once you visit Country Willow...you will never want to visit another furniture store again. I started shopping at Country Willow when they first opened in Katonah about 12 years ago. I have always been completely satisfied with their unique selection of sofas, rugs, farm tables and media centers. NOW they have expanded into a huge main showroom, kids furniture store and 2 warehouses to shop in Bedford Hills...just minutes from the town of Katonah. The first time I visited the new showroom i was so taken back by the beauty of the store I had to just stand there and take it all in....I walked the store and was greeted by the owner n such a personal manner it felt like home. i ordered a custom media center, dining chairs, childrens iron beds, dresser and desk, as well as window treatments in all Ralph Lauren fabrics....I left there only to go back and shop for lighting and accessories for my home just a few weeks later. I love everything I purchased at Country Willow to this day....you must go...its just seconds off 684 or route 117! Trust me...you wont regret taking the time to fill your home with furniture you and your family cherish forever...

Nicely laid out store, but poor quality and customer service. I have ordered three customized pieces (entertainment system, kitchen island, and stools). The entertainment system was the wrong size and when they expedited the order they must have forgotten the quality because it was not worth the $$$$$$. The kitchen island was good quality and the correct size, but we went through extreme detail to fit the custom space. The chairs, out third and last order, were also the wrong size but what disturbed me the most was when I went to return them I realized they overcharged me and they outright said they adjusted their books and records to keep my money. They “expedited” the chairs, took $50 off the order and offered free delivery, which turned into four months and continuous lies about when they would be ready. The MOST phenomenal furniture store in New York where you consistently are welcomed with warmth, professional attention and friendships that are hard to find anywhere anymore. When you go seek one of the most phenomenal saleswoman you will ever meet---Lisa!!! She has become such a joy to our life---even visiting my husband and I in the hospital when he had major surgery!!! As a Registered Nurse, this expression and outpouring of love is and will always be remembered and cherished!!! Do not waste a moment searching for that special piece of furniture---they are customer crafters and even will paint anything to a customers needs. They have fashioned our new home in South Carolina to specifications unprecedented anywhere. We have a beach house that is now our treasured home. We love and appreciate EVERYONE at COUNTRY WILLOW!!! Best customer experience bar none. Ive been a Country Willow shopper for many many years and have never EVER been disappointed. When they say furniture for life--they mean it. This is a staff of professionals that treats everyone like family and truly has your best interests at heart. No pressure, endless amounts of time spent and opinions given (when you want them) all in the most beautiful environment. They will work tirelessly (with the grouchiest of spouses) to make sure you get whats right for your home which will make you happy for years to come. I dont think there is a more tranquil shopping experience than at Country Willow. The longevity and success of the store is a true testament to the philosophy of the owners and their long term staff. I was searching and searching for furniture for my new home, I swear I looked everywhere! Then I stumbled upon Country Willows website I took a trip into the store and was amazed by their beautiful farm tables, in awe of the comfortable sofas and chairs and floored by their bedroom furniture. It was a one stop shop, they even had a store full of Kids furniture! Their design services were superb and their delivery was timely. I cant tell you how nice it is to walk into a store and not be jumped on by sales people. The home accents and lighting made the store feel like home. They have so many different choices and styles that their truly is something for everyone and if you cant find it they will make it for you, hows that for service.
