DO NOT purchase R&F furniture or their warranty plan. I never leave any reviews (ever) but because of their misleading practices I feel compelled to leave one. Please do your research and see how other people rated their furnitures quality and especially their "Platinum" warranty service. A simple GOOGLE SEARCH for "RAYMOUR & FLANIGAN WARRANTY REVIEW" will yield BBB, Consumer Affairs and other public sites with hundreds of reviews with a total star rating of 1.5!!! In my personal experience, their store customer service is great. But wait until your furniture starts wobbling, paint chipping and chairs and tables shaking (usually within a couple months of purchase) and have to call their warranty service. They will literally send a guy with a pack of paint-canisters and spray the heck out of the furniture and claim that it had been "repaired", while saturating your entire home with toxic fumes (dont forget to take your children away before the "repair guy" comes). This is if you are lucky. Like many of the online reviews, they will give you the most outrageous excuses not to repair the furniture. In my case, one of the "reasons" I was told that all the paint chipped on my dining table was because it was "pet damaged". (I have a 90 pound Amstaff that cant climb up a chair, let alone a dining table, even if enticed with a bag of bones). Final note: their warranty service department is RUN BY Raymour & Flanigan itself. They have to first "approve" your damage in order to have it "repaired". In my humble opinion: poor quality furniture + outrageously incompetent warranty service = overpriced furniture.

We have purchased several items from R&F over the years, but after our experience with their customer service manager today, we will never purchase from them again. Their delivery person left a message saying they would deliver Wednesday instead of Tuesday. Then when I called to reschedule, they told me the furniture was on its way and would be delivered Tuesday between 1-4pm. I left work in the middle of a major project and rushed home from the city to be there, but they didnt show up until 4:15pm. When I called to complain, the manager was rude and said "Play me the message where they said Wednesday. I dont believe you." He went on to say that they tell all clients to stay home all day. When I said that never was said to us, he said it was standard. I said it wasnt and he should play me the tape of his staff telling me that. He was again rude as could be. I told him he was about to lose a repeat customer and he said goodbye. Nicely done, customer service manager. Never shopping there again.

This weekend I made my first trip to Raymour and Flannigan in Garden City. My boyfriend and I are moving out for the first time and knew right away what we needed. We met with Howie Heide by recommendation from a friend. Howie was beyond helpful as my boyfriend and I were nervous and uneducated about buy furniture. I have to give it to him too, he was VERY patient as my boyfriend and I went between 2 difference mattresses approximately 15 times. Howie at the Garden City location has my highest recommendation. Also...the price was right :)

One star is very generous to give. Disastrously poor and indifferent customer service from manager Stephane Coby and his staff. Coby is argumentative and dishonest, expecting customers to fawn all over him. I was told I was sold floor samples even though I paid for new furniture. Their furniture breaks very easily and managment appears unphased, lacks empathy or care when new products are being selected to replace the old ones. Guess no commission is being made when reselecting new furniture, hence the rude treatment. Would never return.

I enjoyed the Raymour & Flanagan experience today. Your salesman, Michael Farrier, was awesome!!!!! Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, a real asset to your company. No pressure , just extreme patience with an old lady who really didnt know anything about mattresses. He went out of his way to help me find the right mattress for me. As I said before, hes an asset to your company. I would purchase from R&F again if Michael was my salesperson. A very pleasant experience. Thank you Michael!

Ive been shopping at Raymour and Falmigan for many years. For the most part, the sales people have been consistently friendly and patient, but today was the BEST experience Ive EVER had at Raymour and Flanigan. Michael Farrier was EXCELLENT!!! My mother and I had a VERY PLEASEANT EXPERIENCE with him. Ill be buying several things and I will be going to him EXCLUSIVELY from now on. Good hire R & F. Dont lose this guy.

This used to be my favorite furniture store to shop until today. The sales lady Kim was rude and condescending. She lost the sale because of her attitude. I can spend my money somewhere where they appreciate my business. I do not need to deal with people who insult me and my wife over a purchase of a bedroom set. Maybe she should get a different job that does not involve dealing with people on a daily basis.

Kim Rogan was our sales associate. She was completely unprofessional. We had an appointment and she made us wait over an hour and we eventually walked out. Then I gave her a second chance and placed a large order and she completely messed up our. The was extremely rude about it. Will never go to her ever again.. shes is completely unprofessional.

I bought our dining set, 2 couches, and a bed frame. Howie made sure we found exactly what we were looking for and patiently answered questions. They offer white glove delivery, which meant that I didnt have to spend days assembling furniture. Overall, it was a great experience for great furniture that was decently priced.

I ordered a bunk bed in that store, they call to confirm delvery tomorrow without ladder, that will come 1 or 1 and half month later. I canceled it. Im going to buy it again after teaching my daughter high jump skill.
