These people should be brought up on criminal extortion charges. Ordered a couch (with protection and delivery). Couch didnt fit in the door. Delivery crew assures me the sales team will call to make arrangements for a new couch that night (I will give them that this was Christmas time but this went on well into the new year). They also said if they cant get one in here will refund everything. I got no call from them that night. I tried to call them 3 times over the next week and a half and all three times someone "took my number and would have a sales representative call me back". 3 weeks later (now Ive went to a reputable store and bought a couch) and a person finally calls me back and I say I dont need it anymore. They never credited me and I had to file a dispute with my credit card and these people are still disputing with them over the delivery and protection plan cost of a couch I WAS NEVER GIVEN! What are you protecting?! Im am still out over $200. These people are crooks! If youre even thinking about going to these people you should instead come give $200 and go home and sit on the floor.....Its just easier for you to have the experience.

I purchased a sofa and loveseat about 8 months ago which has cushion seats and lots of loose pillows. It was comfy at the showroom but when I use them at home I was going crazy because seating cushions were kept slipping out and loose pillows were annoying. I called customer service to complain about it then they sent a guy to take a look. I just wanted to get rid of it and buy a traditional sofa set at discounted prices if they can. But they call me later they cant do that. I was very disappointed. So my husband and I went to this showroom and talk to store manager. He was very helpful right away. He would take a back and split the restocking charge with us. And he showed us other types of sofas. We bought the beautiful leather sofa set. They delivered and took back old. We are so happy to look at and sit on the new sofa. Thanks to the store manager. .

There is a wanton disregard for customer satisfaction from the manager Staphane Coby, to his sales staff. The manager Coby is dishonest, deceitful and lacks integrity. In addition, the furniture sold in their stores are inferior, as they are poorly made. They break in a short period of time and the company allows long wait time to rwpair them. Try the Macys furniture store a few lights south. They display professional service and standards.

We had several problems with multiple mattresses and every time we reached for help they always did the right thing. The show manager, Jerry Pittman, was patient and understanding. He made it his goal to make sure we got the best mattress for us. He insisted that we take our time selecting the right mattress because he knows that you spend 1/3 you life in bed. It should be the most comfortable. Thank you.

Awful customer service. Sales woman was great but the person who set up the delivery did not set it up right and after taking a day off work ..No delivery. Customer service did not care at all. They treated me like I should be pleased that at least they did not charge me. I had to have my son pick it up. I would not recommend using them if you want to be taken care off. Awful customer service.

THe most horrible furniture ever. And the most horrible customer service. After spending 4000 in their store, and purchasing a 2000 dinning room set that was used 4 times, the woond cracked. The technician said it was clearly an untreated defective piece of wood given the nature of the crack. But Raymour and Flannigan said since it is over one year ( 15 months) they will not do anything.

Pushy sales staff which was a huge turn off. Was a right pain to just browse.. Having brochures stuffed into your face when you walk in puts you off. Wont return and spent else where.

Unclear that you are required to sleep on an uncomfortable mattress for 30 days before you have a 15 day window to return it.
