I bought 3 end tables here earlier in the day. I had explained to the sales lady that I would have to come back right before closing to pick them up because I had my 2 babies with me, and the tables would not fit in the car. I explained that my husband gets home at 5:30, so I would be back right before closing which is at 6. At 5:52, I was a few blocks away from the store so I called them and said Ill be right there to get my tables. The very sarcastic lady on the other end of the phone said they were closed. I said no your not closed, its 5:52 not 6:00. I asked for the manager. By then I was in front of the store knocking on the window. There was a customer still in the store. They hung up on me without letting me speak to the manager. I called back a few times, no answer. I was clearly being ignored. Rude. Finally someone answers the phone who says they are the manager. I proceed to ask if I could please pick up my tables that I already paid for, and the rude man I was on the phone with refused. I explained my situation, having 2 very small babies, I cant come to pick up the tables, its extremely hard to get there before this time. Meanwhile its about 100 degrees outside where I am left waiting. He refused and refused, not caring about anything I told him or how I was pleading just to pick up my already pad for tables. Now I have to pay a baby sitter tomorrow just to pick up my tables. This is horrible customer service, and just a horrible way to treat anyone. This business lost a customer. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I was told about this place so i went to see what they have it was reasonable price for the furniture n so i decided to buy a full dining table and chairs, China cabinet to match 2 bedrooms includes dresser chester set n each with 2 night stand living room 2 couch 2 night stand n lamps center tables n another separate small cabinet for dinning room . I paid for every piece of furniture n was told i have 7 days to pick up . It was a Monday i went so Wednesday we decided to go pick up about 3pm by 1pm we received a call from a lady saying that the small cabinet that we bought it was sold already n the person there to pick it up she spoke to my husband. I decided to call n apparently it was the manager ( male) was do rude Hi madam i doesnt make sense to discuss any further. That furniture was sold sunce Friday. N it will be handed over to that person." I was stuck listening to him rudely.. I said,"how can it be sold since friday n it was up for sale n i paid for it wouldnt it be it the system if u , his words maybe they forgot to put the sigh up but i cant do anything SMH I figured they got more money for it or was a closed person went n ask for it But he was very rude Pick up your stuff same day advice

Not a great place to donate, they throw very good items out all the time! You will be upset to know your beautiful hand crocheted Grandmothers blanket, in fantastic condition was tossed in the trash! A friend of mine worked there and I saw them throwing lovely new blankets out because they were not in plastic, and they still had the tags on...Know their policies, they are not the way they were 15 years ago giving incredible deals on vintage items. They still have decent prices, but donate to "My Unique" instead, they give to the poor and do not throw as much out, they really take in a lot and have huge discount days.

I came to this store to shop several times and the store manager John Buccaro is extremely a racist here. The price for the merchandise are very expensive and the customer service is very poor, and I will never come back to shop again.
