Very rude. Went in 45 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night. Wasnt gonna be there long. I like the fact that this particular Walgreens has testers for some of their makeup. It is not the first time going into this Walgreens and I dont feel comfortable while I shop. I started browsing and stopped in front of some testers and swatched two foundation shades on my hand to try and find one that could be a good match for my sister (she was with me as well). One lady comes up to announce that they were closing in 45 min, she was a little rude but I ignored it and kept talking to my sister about the foundation we were looking at. Then the manager comes and says the register in the makeup section is closed and that they were closing in 45 min. I dont know why they felt the need to keep announcing the closing time. I understand if it is closer to closing time but I would expect them to announce it to the entire store not specifically to me and my sister. The manager decided to stick around the register in the makeup section even though she had just said it was closed and I felt like she was just watching me to make sure I didnt steal anything. When she noticed we were deciding on a color she then asked us not to open any makeup. At this point I was fed up with them watching me and their comments so I told her I swatched the testers they had out. And read their labels back to her "TESTER, TRY ME". I told her not to worry that I didnt go around opening packages in stores unless I had already paid for them. I decided to not buy anything. To try and fix things she offered me some sample . I walked away from her and her rude customer service. I dont plan on going back there. Horrible horrible customer service.

I have had a myriad of issues with this location in the past, but today was the last straw. Three weeks ago my doctor sent in a prescription for birth control, and then sent in a second for a different pill for me to take for a few months before trying the initial Rx. When the pharmacy filled it, they filled the wrong one (again) and I did not realize it until a week ago (1 week before I was to start a new pill pack). I called the pharmacy that day and left a very detailed voicemail about my dilemma and requesting a call back. No one returned my call and today I went in to the pharmacy to speak to a real person and fill my prescription only to find out that a member of the staff took it upon themselves to delete my prescription from the system. It is too late in the evening to call my dr office for a new Rx. I am disgusted with the level of customer courtesy I have been shown at this pharmacy, and I will be taking all future business elsewhere.

Ive been using this store for years living in Kingwood. Its very convenient for me over other shops in the area. Lately, there is a lady whos really friendly and helpful. I think she a supervisor with a little accent. Every time Im in the store, she is always there to help and answers my question and help me to get what I need. I love her smile. She is just kind and respectful, things that you dont come across anymore. Thank you Layla!

Normally i like to get my prescriptions from them but its the sec time that i received a phone call about my prescription to be ready and they dont have it.
