They will allow you to spend your money however the service you will recieve is close to self service. I have not had one pharmacist to give me a consultation for a new. They just swipe the card saying that they did. I have had scripts sent in by my doctors several times. They just put them in the system. If they send it in that means fill it! Do not have two insurances 8 times out of 10 it will be processed incorrectly. It is a 24 hour pharmacy according to one manager the restrooms close at 9pm. They seem to try to provoke you into stooping to their level of unprofessionalism. So if you or your family are not feeling well you may want to go somewhere else or you will be in trouble. One of the night pharmacist is one of the unhappiest employee there in my opinion he is very rude. He even threw a prescription at me. If you ask someone where something is they will say I do not know in minute. The majority of the Management team are way in over their heads. Also the ATM has hours too.It is time to stop supporting these businesses around here that think people have to spend their money there. You can go to a mail order pharmacy for your regular prescriptions. Some people have to go due to lack of transportation. From now on I will only be using them if they are they are may last resort. CVS is just a few blocks down. The 800 number does nothing to improve service but i bet no check will!! They have no respect for the people in the community they work in.

I waited on the phone for over a hour just to see if my prescription had been sent because the automated system was out of whack, no one answered. i called from my house phone asking to be transferred directly to the pharmacy. waited on both phones, no answer. I hung up and called back, asked directly for a supervisor, and the young lady placed the phone on the counter i assume & continued to help other customers. then after 5 mins of me holding she hung up. I drove there because by this point i was over the whole waiting game. got there just for them to tell me my prescription was not sent over. Gas isnt free, and these people are getting paid to only interact with you in person? then why have a phone line? just horrible.

This has got to be the worst store on the planet. The pharmacy techs are rude and the customer service sucks to say the least. My mother in law has had to take medication back to this store over and over after the doctor has written the prescription for brand drugs. Then when you take them back they get upset because they have to do a little more work. If you would get it right the first time you wouldnt have this problem. If you can go to another pharmacy do so. I would love to have been able to give them 0 stars

Worst pharmacy service. I called 3 times a different time of the day and i never got to speak to anyone. I finally arrive there and there is a huge line for drive thru and there is like 5 people infront of me when i go inside the building because there is only one person working in the pharmacy dept. Worst of all after waiting for ever he tells me he cant make my prescription because its only pick up service at the moment. Was i pist?! Never again coming here

WORST PHARMACY EVER HORRIBLE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT WAITED AN HOUR AND A HALF TO CALL IN AN RX THEN WHEN WE FINALLY SPOKE TO SOMEBODY THEY TOLD US WE JUST HAVE TO WAIT AND THAT THEY HAVE A LONG LINE INSIDE THE STORE AND DRIVE THRU AND THEN RUDELY HUNG UP WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT NEVER REFERRING MY PT THERE AGAIN IF THAT IS THE WAY THEY GET TREATED WALGREENS SHOULD REALLY LOOK INTO HIRING BETTER PHARMACIST AND MANAGEMENT!!!

Thos place is horrible. If you have a choice go elsewhere. The pharmacy techs are ghetto and rude. As I was waiting for them to look up my prescription the pharmacist came from the back carrying boxes of meds and dropped one on me cause he couldnt see where he was going. Then he dropped the rest and picked them up and threw all of them over the counter to the back of the pharmacy. So unprofessional. Dont go here!

Every time i take a script to them that have refills its always i dont have any so my doctor keep having to rewrite scripts .then i dropped a script off with two different medicines on it and they called to confirm that insurance covered it then i go to pick them up and its only one they saying it wasnt no pain pills and it was so hey they stealing pills to

Avoid this Walgreens unless you are willing to wait up to 30 mins to drop off a prescription because one of the pharmacist assistants is having a full on conversation holding up the line and then once you drop it off they take up to 2 hours plus to get it filled

I been on hold for over 35 minutes drove for humble tx to this store just to get my moms medicine because she was in accident and still get here amd they can even fill it till the next day.. smh dont come here they dont even try to help you..

The pharmacy is slow and there are always people begging in the parking lot. I dont recommend going at night, someone tried to steal our car once at 9pm.
