Do not come to this store unless you enjoy horrible customer service!!!!!!! For years Ive come to this store as a last resort because of CLELIA! Sally Beauty needs to terminate this woman! She is the epitome of miserable. In my times shopping at this store, Ive heard her talk down about customers, She yelled at me first hand when I asked her for help, Ive witnessed her be rude to her fellow colleagues several times. Ive been in this store before an have heard her speaking Spanish and then when her Spanish speaking customers ask for help she tells them she doesnt speak Spanish. Every time I go to this store I dread seeing this woman!!!!! But this last time was enough! I came into the store and it was busy! This very sweet young lady that works there helped me out so much and when shes there she always greets me so nicely! Clelia didnt help this young lady with any of the customers, she ignored everyone even the ringing phone & line of customers at the checkout. But took it upon herself to yell at a customer. The customer was crying & the poor young worker had to console her. Sally Beauty fire this woman. She is bad for business. If you dont believe me, look at the other reviews for this store. The proof is there.

Rude customer service , by the looks of it in the comments most people have rude customer service here and I feel the need to call corporate I myself work in customer service and know you need to treat the customer well the white lady that works here was sweet in other hand the Hispanic , fat , sloppy looking one was horrible and rude I left the store so mad I had to come back just to say "you didnt have to be rude" and all she did was stay quiet

I wish I could give them 0 STARS!!!! They are the rudest employees I have encountered in years. I was not given a nail posh that I bought for $12. It was on my receipt but not in the bag. I called them and when they didnt hang up on me they simply left me on hold forever (15+ minutes). I am soooo frustrated. PLEASE NEVER SHOP THERE UNLESS YOU ARE A GLUTTON FOR PUNISHMENT.

Rude staff. Mary and Clelia where unbelievable regarding the computers being down. Ridiculous that is took 30 minutes for them to get back up but even more so they never acknowledged that we had patiently waited. And left us waiting longer to go and unload a truck first. I am sure they just wanted everyone to leave so they didnt have to deal with customers.

Shop here at least twice a month and every time I ask myself why I havent found another location. There are 3 main people I see working there and they are always bickering at the cash register. While the staff has never been rude to me, theyve also never been nice, theyre just unfriendly.

Very rude ppl, they dont like u to ask quastion ,and one of tge always leave the store and u know where to find her ??? Target next sally beauty!!!! I hate to go there but sometimes u have no othere choice....

Very rude employees, horrible customer service. I actually started to drive 30 minutes back to my old Sally Beauty Supply in my hometown all to avoid going in here. Absolutely unacceptable
