Terrible customer service, the employee in the front of the store was very rude and disrespectful. Talking down to customers and not honoring advertised specials made this one of the worst experiences. If you cannot provide a simple opinion without getting a childish attitude maybe you shouldnt be working in any customer service. I was fine with being charged extra, it couldve been an honest mistake, but no one should be talked to in such a disrespectful manner.

I couldn't believe tonight right after walking into this store I fell straight on the floor and continued sliding Atleaste 8 feet! !! The doors were wide open and the outside lights were indeed on! ?! Then as opposed to being concerned this man comes around the corner screaming at me for not guessing they were closed? ??!!! As I was leaving more customers would've been on their butt's as well however I took the time to inform them! ?

My first time in this store. Great staff & perfect customer service. Greeted me at the door & directed me to where the product I was looking for was. So much more better then the store on Edgewood Rd SW in Cedar Rapids Iowa. They were so rude and didnt care.
