There were occasions when they did not have what I needed, and when I asked the staff for help they seemed very bothered. This was a few years back though. The new staff is a step better. I would not ask just any staff member for help with a bleach job though. Every experience Ive had has been negative, they talk like they really know what they are talking about, but Google search more often than not has provided me with better advice. The only person who knows what they are talking about is their manager, thankfully. I cant remember her name, but shes blonde and usually wears her hair in curls. She helped me out of a pickle with a bleach job, after I had blindly followed another employees advice.

They lie about there return policy, they say if used can not return, So when I walked out the store to my car, I came right back cause I noticed I got the wrong color They said there policy is once I walk out the store I cant return the product. So they make there return policy as they go
