Walgreens needs to do a retraining here on the pharmacy-side. I rushed home from work to get to the pharmacy because the closed at 9:00pm in order to get a prescription filled. Having been in retail, when you close your closed, but anyone whos there before closing time is a active customer. I got there just under the wire and their greeting me went like this. WALGREENS: Hello, can I help you? ME: Id like to get my prescription filled. WALGREENS: Oh, well we close in a few minutes. ME: Great, looks like I got here just in time. WALGREENS: No, I cant fill this, itll take me 10 minutes to get it into the computer (apparently it takes much longer when the 20 something year old employee wants to leave for the night, than it does when you normally have a prescription put in the system). ME: I rushed here to get it filled and youre not closed... Blah, blah, blah. Outcome, not filled. Apparently it was too inconvenient to work an extra 8 minutes. I cant even imagine how this craphole, lazy, self-absorbed, new aged mentality would affect someone who actually had life threatening meds to refill, not just bronchitis. Your company image is the extent of your employees, and what Walgreens has showed me tonight, at least in Rockwall location off Goliad, is an extra 8 minutes of time isnt worth the health safety of their clientele, and when youre a pharmacy, theres a higher standard you need to hold yourself to. If not, get out of the business.

It should hire experienced woman doctor for flu shot. Because I got bleeding after flu shot by a very young man (looks like a student doctor), action was too fierce or deep, the cotton ball was fully covered in blood and my arm was pain for whole one week.

Drive through often not open during business hours. Staff can sometimes be rude. Long wait inside and at drivethrough. They text that an Rx is ready, then have no clue about it when you arrive. Not the brightest bulbs in the box.

Love coming here. Never had any problems. Very friendly and kind. I coupon alot and theyre always nice about it. They never give me a hard time for using my coupons. Great store.
