Came here for a quick/small Mothers Day Gift and knew exactly what I needed/wanted. I had no help from anyone, which is fine....I was in sort of a hurry so no worries to me. However, when I get to the register the lady checking me out, Alexa, was so rude. She barely smiled and when I asked for NO bag (I had a gift bag already), she replied, WHAT NO BAG?...as if its unheard of to not need a bag. She then realized one of the bottles didnt have a sku, so she says, "you grabbed one with no sku Ill be back". After that was said and done, she rang everything up and it didnt look like what I had figured in my head seeing as I thought it would be buy 2 get 1 free anx she then tells me NO THATS JUST FOR FULL SIZE. That was all she said to me. Not thank you have a good day...NOTHING. it may seem as though what she said was fine, but the tone in which she said it would have insulted anyone. I normally am not the type to nitpick things, but she was entirely too rude and bad day or not, that was unnecessary.

My last time I went to this location the lady at the registrar was so rude when I gave her my coupon I received after making a previous purchase a couple of weeks prior.......she made comments like "If you want to get something free you should make a purchase. " Nowhere on the coupon did it stand that a purchase was needed for a TRIAL size lotion. She huffed and puffed the whole way. VERY RUDE SERVICE.

This store has better service than the others in the metroplex altho I am upset that the company itself is discontinuing my favorite scent,Forever Red. I get more compliments on it than any.

Every time we are in Rockwall, we always stop here. Theres always a sale going on, and the staff is very polite. They seem to have a large collection of candles and lotions.
