Over the last few years They have consistently gotten worse. They did away with Giant Brand Lunch meats I use to get, then they farmed out the Sub-sandwiches which are not as good, Then the got rid of Pre cooked Perdue chicken and replaced with another brand which is not near as good, Then they got rid of the value brand cereals. And dont get me started on all the pop up displays in all the isles. I only do 40% of my grocery shopping there now and am about to down grade that soon. If you ask the managers, they all tell you they have no control at all, its corporate they say. If they want to know why people are leaving and going to other stores to shop, Its because of the genius marketing people

I never really get a great vibe when shopping here. Usually have items in stock, but every time Im in there I always see something that makes me cringe. Case in point - last night I was there and saw a lady eating mixed nuts out of the scoop bins with her bare hands. Not kidding. I wouldnt outright avoid the place - its fine to grab a few odds and ends, but overall its just a bit seedy. I prefer Wegmans.

I would like to post this as I am a daily customer of this giant. Mike smith store manager I have seen and heard him screaming, putting down and treating employees of their job while they are doing their jobs as efficient as possible. If anyone hears the same or what ever please help report his name to corporate or if that doesnt work to better business. Im never going to shop there anymore

Its a good place to get groceries. Like most grocery stores, the lines are their longest soon after most people get off work or receive their paycheck. Since its a 24-hour Giant, you can come in at any time to get breads, fruits, vegetables, meats, frozen food, canned food, and an assortment of snacks.

This store has a great variety of food selections, the bakery produces some of the most delicious goods in the county, and the fried chicken from the hot bar is better than any other Giant Food store in the area. On the flip side, it is ALWAYS crowded and a small.

Just returned from Thorndale and I had a negative experience at the Deli counter. The person who waited on me gave me the incorrect price on my cheese twice and was rude when I asked to have it corrected,then slammed my order on the counter. This was at 1:15 PM

Clean and very well organized. Its actually one of my favorite stores in our area except for the fact it is always FREZZING in there, I dont like having to get a coat to shop in the middle of summer!!

Had to go to Customer service desk and stood in line for 20 minutes because they only had one person working who was busy with Western Unions and Money Grams. Awful, awful awful. GIANT DO BETTER!

A good selection, well-stocked and clean, and staffed with courteous people. Its best to avoid the most crowded periods if you can, however, though even then the checkout lines are bearable.

24 Hr. I go there anytime of the day. Nice clean shopping area for my groceries. Staff there are very friendly. Cooked meals on the go when I dont feel like cooking. Delicious!
