They consistently have a problem with items not ringing up correctly. Sale items dont ring up the correct price. Old sale signs are left up for weeks after the sale is over. When the price errors are pointed out, its met with total indifference. Its also an expensive store to do all of your shopping at. On the plus side, they have good quality produce, bakery items, and a large selection. These grapes are under a sign that says $2.49/lb, but they ring up $2.99. That was a $1.04 error on my receipt. You either waste your money over paying, or waste your time in line waiting for them to refund your money.

Called to the store today to check to see if they had a product in stock spoke to a customer service agent by the name of anetta who advise me she can not answer my question because the store was busy and then hung up oh really wont ever be shopping at giant food stores again. Horrible customer service

I only went in the store for a few things. Store was clean and like the do it yourself scanners. The lady that helped me was pleasant too As with every store you must look for bargains ... every store has good or high prices but you just gotta shop!

Ive been to this Giant locating several times and they are very prejudice.. As an African American I was followed in each and every aisle being watched as if i was a thief, made me feel uncomfortable... Ill never shop at this locating again..

Giant has a wide selection of items & the store is always neat & tidy. They have a pharmacy & floral section that is very convenient for one-stop shopping. Ive always found the Shillington store personnel friendly & attentive, too.

Really like the direction this store is going in. I hesitate to give 5 stars in any review because improvements are always possible. With this store I only have one complaint which is tongue-in-cheekiest please stop hiding things!!

Clean, wide aisles, good prices. Very wide selection of fresh produce. Bonus card for special prices on everyday items also gives points towards discounts on gas. Open 24 hours.
