Ive been getting my tires at discount for years because they are reasonably priced and usually pretty fast . I know on Saturday they get pretty busy . I went in on today Monday August 8 there were plenty of empty parking spaces so I figured this is gonna be fast . Met with Manuel had some bad wearing on my front 2 tires he said that wasnt covered by warranty but he would give me 45$towards them said in not gonna lie we will resale them I said seriously these tires which I bought from them a couple of months ago have a bad wear pattern on them and are very loud going down the road and youre going to sell them to someone else kinda makes me wonder if that couldve been the problem in the 1st place looking back. But anyway I ask him how long itll be he says an hour and a half which sounded like a long time to me being that they werent very busy I walked straight to the counter coming in no line but I said ok I run a service vehicle so I moved the things around came back an hour and a half my van is still in the same place untouched I had jobs to go to I wasnt going to be able to wait another hour but I did notice that the people waiting for their cars were all new everyone that was waiting when I arrived had left maybe he was upset that I questioned him reusing tires that Ive brought in to replace even after I told him how loud and rough they were anyway Ill just pass by this one and go to the next one

I have had nothing but trouble with Discount Tire and this location was no exception. I have a brand new car with gloss black wheels and I needed a tire replacement. I dont want their employees to use an impact wrench to remove my lug nuts because it causes visible damage to the wheel, so I always take the wheel off myself and just drop it off at the store. This being said, they still managed to gouge the inside of my wheel during the tire mounting process. They agreed to have it fixed but its still noticible. On top of that they damaged the outer edge mounting the tire the second time. I tried to go talk to the store manager several times but he just happened to be off, everytime I went up there. This issue was never resolved and I was extremely inconvenienced.

Excellent customer service. Went in to get 4 new tires and found out whoever put my rims on 3 years ago put wrong lug nuts on and it stripped my rims to the point we could not put the wheels back on. They showed me the damage to verify (it was bad). The manager cut me a deal for the tires and 4 new wheels. I drove off and got home and realized I really did not like the wheels. Drove back 2 hours later and explained this to the staff. They were friendly and understanding to my surprise. We looked for new wheels that I liked more and only needed to pay the difference from the ones i didnt like. The staff is great and its clear it starts with the manager.

I went to the location in Keller because it was the closest to me this morning. I was hoping to get some tires as quick as I could because we were leaving for vacation. I noticed some wires showing on one of my tires. I came in and they look really busy with about 4 customers waiting. I stood there and was told they would be right with me. I waited around for a good 15 minutes and decided to get a cup of coffee and sit down for a minute. Not too long after that another customer walked in and was immediately helped. I was amazed and left. I am not sure about Discount tire right now....still pretty upset....

I dont know how I could ask for more! A fair price on tires, fast installation. What stood out the most was Thomas. Being a professional salesman, I appreciate and recognize when someone is going out of their way to be friendly, helpful and professional. I have personal relationships which could have led me to go somewhere else but the "above and beyond" effort put forth before I even came into the store was apparent. Discount Tire should be thankful to have such an employee making them money. Employees like him are few and far between. Thank you, Thomas! 2007 BMW X5 - 4 new tires

Had a truly awesome experience today at Discount Tire. I went in for a rotate and balance the guy came back from checking out my tires and described to me what was going on with them. I asked for him to show me and he was truly right. My tires were in pretty poor shape. So after discussing our options we decided on tires with a $70 rebate. I told the guy I would only but the tires if they could have it done in 15 minutes. This was at 3:30pm on a Saturday. He accepted the challenge and at 3:43pm my car was being brought around ready to go! Truly amazing. Great job guys!

I really like this Discount Tire location. Ive bought tires at this location for the past 6 years for both of my vehicles. The customer service cant be beat. I also love that I can make an appointment which helps get me on the road that much faster. But one thing I really like is that they treat my wife very well. They dont try to sell her stuff she doesnt need. In fact, Ive seen the employees treat everyone with the same amount of respect every time Ive been there. This place does get busy so make an appointment on their website if you can.

bought 2 brand new tires there today to go on a trip tomorrow. thank goodness the trip is tomorrow because the tire is completely flat and now I am stuck trying to get ready for a trip and deal with a flat tire. Thanks a lot Discount Tire. I am scared to drive on whatever you give me tomorrow. They better make this right, we couldve been stranded at midnight on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere with 3 kids in the car. This is why we bought new tires!!! Beyond dissatisfied!

Ordered my tires from the store website. Appointment was 4 days later to get my new tires. Went in this morning and tires didnt make it in yet. Gave me an upgrade without me asking. The manager Wes is a real class act. He made everything right for me. It was my first time in this store and wont be my last. I really appreciate the customer service. Thank you for all of your help. Dont go in there with a bad attitude. Explain your situation and let them make it right for you.

I LOVE THIS DISCOUNT TIRE!! i came in with very bad tires and had only $60 to spend on 2 new tires well tires for my car run about $60 a pop but they worked their magic and got me 2 brand new tires + warranty for $63 even with labor tax everything!! they cared more about my safety out on the road than they did making money!! i will be coming back here for as much as i can with my car needs!!!
