Hello I happen to walk into dollar tree today and while I was in there I was having a problem locating party decorations and when I asked this sir named dejuan where they were he greeted me with the utmost respect and made me feel as if finding those party decorations was his main job he was also so well dressed and stuck out from his co workers he is truly a leader and if he wasnt the general store manager he definitely should be as a regular at customer at dollar tree this was one of my greatest visits his strive and ponder should be greatly recognized keep up the great word. This one is okay. I havent had extraordinary customer service (as in friendly greeting, ask how our day is, ask if were looking for anything, etc.) other than the new store manager. Ive forgotten her name and shouldve written it down on my receipt but she has curly hair and glasses. I asked her if they had anymore books and she was happy to go back there and look for me. Their book/kid toy section is often very messy though.

I like Dollar Tree for two reasons. 1) Everything really is a dollar (or less), unlike other stores with "dollar" in the name, 2) Greeting cards! Why spend $3 or $4 (or more) on a piece of paper that is just (most likely) going to be thrown away? DT, is my go to place for greeting cards. On my last visit also bought a box of 8 (eight) thank you cards and also a box eight blank cards, for, you guessed it, a buck!

Today at 1:11 I said hi to a Disrespectful lady that was help another customers at the balloons area I just ask her is the only display ball are the only ones availables she said yes mad clock out and dont tell me anyth im just speak alon she clock out and said bye to the manager bec I need to speak w him about the lady w any good manners. The worst customer service ever at this store. So sad!
