Brought in a pressure washer for spring tune up. Called 9 days later for an update. One of the owners pledged to call me the next day. When he didnt, I called again. John called back with a nasty demeanor and asked me several question about what I was told when I brought it in on a Monday morning. It was obvious they do not train their staff. It was also obvious that John has issues that he brings into the workplace. I take it they really dont like repair work at Godwin Hardware in Ada. After 10 days we had our pressure washer picked up to be brought elsewhere. What a waste of time and display of incompetence!
