I purchased my truck here back in 2012 and I continue to get it serviced here. The purchase process was dramatically less tedious than the typical retail store because this facility handles mostly commercial purchases. Very low pressure and accommodating. The service department never seems to disappoint. VERY thorough. This is a high volume service center though so having to be a little patient is understandable. They hold up their end with their quality of work.

Im not sure who I talked to in the parts department but he was reluctant about looking up part numbers and eventually said that they didnt have the parts in stock. Fortunately, another Ford dealer in the area was able to look into Mission Valley Fords inventory and verify that the parts were indeed in stock. So I drove to Mission Valley Ford and was able to pick up the items.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I brought in a ford explorer for service and they lost the car for 3 weeks within the dealership./.. NO one offers a call back and finally when they located the car after 3 weeks they say they cant help us. WHAT A complete waste of time. RUN dont walk to any other dealership. Full of false promises

Worse customer service ever! Parts guys are laze dont what to help at all, it seems that we have to bent down for them to help you out . Young kids working there acting that they know everything. Go check your blinker fluid my friend ! I dont know anything about your job!

Huge selection but...Sales guy seemed disinterested in helping us see the different trucks and didnt offer any other available options as farnasnbuildung a truck suited for our needs. Only seemed to want to sell or lease from the lot.

Great Service. Ford Edge 2015 model. There has been always a small nag when I accelerate . But today after the service from Mission Valley Ford, Im amazed. Its pretty smooth post service.
