I would give a 0 rating if I could. Have been dealing with Lynn in management for over a year. My office leased a Keurig for $10 a month and was never billed. I left several messages concerning receiving a bill and never received a return call. Finally, they called to remove the unit because we werent purchasing coffee from them, (which we were never told was a requirement). I asked them to again bill us and have went another 9 months without a bill. The coffee they sell is not coffee we would purchase. Lynn called about us not paying for the unit which I explained we still had never received a bill, she wanted to sell us the machine for full retail for a used machine with no warranty. The company came out and removed the coffee pot today without any notice. I would never recommend anyone doing business with this shady company. Purchased a brand new machine with a warranty for $50 less than she offered for a used machine without a warranty.
Being an avid internet shopper, I love finding and trying products from around our great country. I was short on coffee for my guests at my B&B this coming weekend in Amagansett, New York so I figured lets see whats out there. There are a lot of online coffee stores, but really loved the warmth of PrairieFires website when I tripped across them online. With a couple clicks and easy shopping experience buying their coffee at great price.......I had my Prairie Blaze and Continental Roast at my doorstep from Kansas in a couple days. I brewed up a pot of each and by the end of the 3 day weekend, my guests had cleaned me out having it hot in the morning and icing it down for a mid-afternoon pick me up. I am ordering some more and trying some of the other blends. Thank you folks at Prairie Fire Coffee. Keep up the perfect roasting of blends from around the world.
We are a small, family-owned business and we have had great experiences with Prairie Fire. We absolutely love our coffee delivery guy! He is always smiling, professional, and always eager to help us if we have a question. I am able to contact him anytime and he gets the job done! Today, our coffee Keurig (approx. 4 years old) had some trouble pumping out coffee so we contacted customer service. They submitted our request to have it repaired at 10:09am and by 11:20am they were here to replace and set up the new machine! The gentlemen was clean, friendly, and fast. I immediately gave them this review because I was blown away as to how quickly they resolved the issue.
Prairie Fire coffee is my least favorite/worst coffee Ive drank. Id drink it at school and get a 15 minute buzz and then immediately pass out.
