I purchased a car from Carvana. To be honest with you I was not really sure if it will be a good or a bad experience before I did my purchase. Well, I thought that they have 7 day money back guarantee. So, I decided to take the risk of buying a + $20K car from the internet. And you know what it worthed 100% for me. Another note that you can order your car and when you go to pick it up, take a look, test drive, and without signing a document and paying no fee, you can just say that I dont want to receive this car. It does not look like what I see on the internet. Fair enough. I made my purchase in Houston. I like to praise customer agents Amanda and Drew. They were warm, friendly, and not pushy (that is againist the rule number one of all dealers. I am a foreigner and pushy people are my nightmares.) Drew answered all of my questions about the car and even provided further customer service via email when I asked him questions. Pros: No dealer hassle. No pushy seller behavior. Better Price (probably saved 2-3K comparing to the other dealer prices. Remember more of the price you pay more of the tax, so save over taxes, too) No documentation fees. No delivery fees. No hidden fees. Just the title transfer fee and tax. Easy financing. Easy purchase. Fun experience. (you can put a coin and see your car coming from the vender machine) Great customer service. Car came out as advertised, clean and with full tank of gas. Plus, they give you $25 gift card for your next fuel. Most cars are new and already come with factory warranty. Carvana also offers 100 day warranty comes from a third party at no cost to you. Large inventory. Cons: To be honest again, I cannot name anything negative. I may be lucky. Maybe sometimes somethings go wrong. But it didnt happen to me. If I mention a minor thing is that Carvana wanted to reschedule my pick-up time from morning to the afternoon. When I mentioned how inconvenient it would be for me, they offered me a $50 check for the inconvenience. At the end of the year, we are looking for upgrading my wifes car. And I have a friend who is looking for buying a new car from VW. After seeing my experience with Carvana. They both decided to go with Carvana. I wonder if Carvana has referral programs, too :) ?

I am currently test driving a vehicle Carvana delivered to me yesterday. The vehicle has significant scratches in its interior like repeated loading and off loading deep into its plastic sides. What is the worst is the very low tread on the tires which means I must buy new tires soon, an investment I had hoped to stall at least a year or more. The mileage does not reflect well on the treadwear but as we know many new car tires wear out. Its impossible for me to tell at this point if that is what is wrong with its steering which pulls to the right, has a roar, and bobbles when breaks are applied. I let the delivery driver know immediately and he assured me carvana was going to make it right so I would feel safe in the vehicle and they had repair service that would come out. Instead Carvana advised me all of this is normal wear and tear on 32K mileage??? they will not be doing anything for me and I can look for another vehicle. Why would I look for another when I cant now be sure all damage to a vehicle is revealed in their displays on site? I took many pictures and sent in just to be disappointed. This is worse than a dealership. They didnt even offer to discount the price so I could afford the new tires. The car is scheduled for pick up at the end of the week. Shame Shame on Carvana, I was so excited and now so disappointed. Update! Took vehicle to my local mechanic who said great car great price just replace tires and battery. Warranty covered the new battery and after my mechanic sent carvana photos and measurements on tires they reimbursed me for the purchase. This made the deal great and im very pleased. Although i was set adide by their initial response they changed their standing and made it right so im thrilled with my car and the buying.

Coolest Car Buying Experience Ever! I only bought this car a couple days ago, but the buying experience was the best one I have ever had. Stress free, pressure free and salesman free. The hardest part was waiting 24 hours for my car to be delivered to the vending machine. The vending machine was neat. The price of the vehicle was very competitive with a local BMW dealership. In fact, the price was $550 better than the local dealership and the car from Carvana had many more options. Customer service was A+. The car was delivered without a charger (fully-electric vehicle) and not enough charge to get home. The supervisor went to a local BMW dealership, purchased a brand new charger and I opted to take the car 3 miles up the road to a quick-charge station.....and Carvana paid for the $10.77 charge to use the station. The financing process was a breeze and I love the seven day return policy. It takes the pressure off the entire process. I get to drive the car in an every-day scenario to make sure that this car fits my family and that its exactly what I want and need. The most stressful part was deciding which color vehicle I wanted.

The experience I had with Carvana was truly a great one. The whole process from start to finish was extremely easy. It took a total of 15 minutes online to get approved for the car I wanted (for a VERY good rate financed through them) and maybe another 10 to finish up all the paperwork and lock-in my car. I live in Houston so I had my car shipped to the "Vending Machine" they have located here off the Katy frwy, which was really cool to see. The lady that helped us at their location was super nice and informative. The only problem we ran into was the car was no where near clean. (If you call that a problem) The car was shown exactly in the condition they listed besides for someone/kid had put gum on the back passenger side window BUT before we could throw a hissy fit about it she offered us a Visa gift card to pay to have the car detailed. And it was for her fast and generous response that made the situation ok. Over all we are completely happy with the car we received from Carvana and the only thing I think they should work on is maybe paying more attention to cleaning the car(s) before showing them to the customers.

I have never, EVER had a car buying experience like this before in my life. I was in the market for a new car and was having difficulty finding a dealership that would work with me since I owe a small amount on another car loan that I am about to pay off. After being discouraged, I decided to look online to see if there was another place that I could check into. I came across Carvana on the internet and remembered seeing a news story about cars being dispensed out of the vending machine. I went to the site and within minutes, I found a car that I liked and got pre-approved. After looking at more options, I found an even better car that only had 999 miles on it! Once I selected this one, I completed the application and was approved on the spot. My car was delivered to me 10 days later since I live in the Houston area and it came from New Jersey. My delivery guy was awesome and they took my trade in and gave me a good value for it. Overall, I was pleased with my experience and plan to refer anyone I know who is in need of a quality used car.
