I recently made a purchase at this Havertys and Im mostly pleased with my bedroom set (had a few issues with assembly and delivery but its been taken care of). However, about 2 months ago was when I first came in to Havertys to get pricing and have a look at my options. I spoke to a salesman named Nadeem who was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. I got his card and decided that if I came back it would be to give him my business. Well, I did go back and I made sure he got credit for my purchase even though I ended up working with another woman as well. Ive had my furniture for about a month now (and I love it) but still had not seen Nadeem since my very first visit almost 2 months ago. I came into the store today and he happened to be working. Before I made it all the way inside, Nadeem saw me, greeted me BY NAME, knew about my purchase and the delivery issues I had (which he apologized for), and even asked how my cats were (which is something Id joked about with him so many weeks ago)! This is some of the best customer service I have ever received ANYWHERE, and this gentleman was a primary reason why I returned to make my purchase with Havertys in the first place. And after coming back after so long to be immediately recognised and remembered by name, I am very impressed with Nadeem. He deserves some acknowledgement as he is a huge asset to the team at Havertys. Thank you Nadeem! And thank you Havertys, I love my bedroom set! (The Asher collection) If youre looking for some nice, new furniture, go see Nadeem at the Duluth Havertys!

I recently bought 2 large chest of drawers from this location and have to say, the sales manager, Ishmael Moncherry was excellent and went above and beyond to help me on the day I went to look at furniture. The company also calls to make sure you got your items and that you are happy. They will re-deliver if there is a defect that cannot be fixed even if minor. The 1st delivery team consisting of two men was just okay, one was great, the other was just in a bad mood. One of the guys, Junior I could tell he was here to work and make sure the pieces were satisfactory. Overall, I recommend this location and their items- great selection. The items are a little pricier than Value City etc but look they better and you will not be disappointed in the quality. They are made of real wood and look like they will last. Also get the insurance.

I would like to thank the wonderful staff of Havertys Furniture in Duluth behalf of my sister-in-law who is moving from China. Mr. Ishmael Monchery is a gentleman of extraordinary patience who has been assisting my wife and her sister, and their constantly changing ideas, as they work to furnish the sister-in-law’s new house. Ishmael’s help to them has been priceless. Also very much appreciated, Mrs. Jina Lee’s invaluable assistance and professional opinions on design and ideas has helped the process of changing the new house into a comfortable and welcoming home. Both my wife and sister-in-law were amazed at the care and professionalism the delivery crew as they brought in and set the new furnishings. Mr. Chris Thomas and Mr. Mardale Hobley are consummate professionals who care about the work they do. Thank you.
