Terrible warranty policy! Purchased a nice quality tempurpedic bed and box springs. I start to noticed a sag in the middle of one side and looked under and noticed a piece of the plank broke in the box spring. I call and they send over an older gentlemen who looked as if he could barely lift 40 lbs and shouldnt be on the field and had to ask my wife to life the bed for him since I was at work. He noted a 1 in tear on the corner of the box spring and said that might void the warranty with art van. Took his notes and said we will get a callback tomorrow. 5 days later, I call back and customer service says we do not cover the warranty due to excessive force/mistreatment. ?? ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Furious and demanded to talk with a manager and all they did was leave in hold. DO NO BUY FROM THIS LOCATION/COMPANY. STAY AWAY!

I will never recommend King Koil mattresses, what a huge rip-off! $2,500 for what we were told was the best of the best, and now I have a mattress that is worse than my old one was, the HOLE that I sleep in is deemed acceptable by the manufactures: 1 1/2 inches deep! And the HUMP that is now between my husband and I is a JOKE! I dont feel like I am heavier than most other people..in am 199 lbs and I am 5 7"... I don;t know what mattress to buy I have YET to find ONE that lasts, this mattress is LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD....and now I have numbness in my fingers, pain in my neck and lower back, and WHAT did the doctor say? "perhaps you should try a new mattress." YEAH....so now I am sleeping on the COUCH. KING KOIL ...WHAT A JOKE!

Went to get a table on sale... But the original price for the chairs alone and the table alone when added up equaled less than the sale for the set. When I asked for the price to be adjusted to equal the price if bought separately I was told I was not suppose to look at that side of the price tag and they could not offer that price to me. Huh??? I still bought the table but did not buy the chairs because of this. Table was delivered with a flaw in the finish, was replaced with another table that is missing finish on a portion of it, and now I sit waiting for the next replacement to arrive. All this in one month. No more shopping here for me.

The absolute worst place too buy a warranty though. They milk the consumer for every penny possible. Then void or tell you you maintained your furniture poorly. when you need to use it. Basically tell you to get lost. My whole house is done in art van furniture with warranties on them until today. Myself and everyone I inform about the way this worthless company operates will never buy anything nor step foot in the door or this establishment. Mind you I own this furniture since February or 2012. Junk junk junk

Im not one for going into being bombarded by clerks. But this time it was different. And going into Art Van in Saginaw, Lisa Reiss met us at the door with a smile and a tilt to her voice. Told her what we wanted, they didnt have what we wanted, so she suggested something else. It was spot on. Cant wait to get our purchases. Bought more than we planned, but it all was perfect. Thanx Lisa....you made the decisions easier. First time in years that Ive purchased furniture. XO m

I received the wrong items then I ordered called and talked to someone at the location they were horribly rude and treated me like I was in the wrong. I have worked in customer service for 8 years so I understand things happens and how to treat people. The women that I talked to need to learn basic customer service at least.

They have a good selection of merchandise, however, delivery is another story. They WILL NOT give you an idea of when your items will be delivered on the scheduled day. You end up having to block the entire day off, waiting for the delivery. This has happened to us on three separate occasions.

They bug you the second you walk in the door. Tell them your just looking and they shadow you through the whole store. Its annoying and just weird. Godwins asks you if you need anything let them know and they leave you alone. We avoid Art Van now.

Great pure sleep staff, JD(Joe Nickel) was so helpful. No pressure, and helped us find a few great mattresses. Anyone who needs a mattress should see him, definitely an expert. Overall great experience.
