POOR POOR!!!!!!!!!!! We have been dealing with this company since 2001...bought a set of LR furniture. 2 sets of bunkbeds, then in 20013 bought LR furniture agin..had it for 6 months and it began to start looking wrinkled, it was Leather! After about 8 months its began to peel, the couch, loveseat and chair is now doing the same thing! Have tried talking to them about it no avail they said they would send me some extra fabric to repair it but we would have to pay to have it upholstered!! Called to check and was gonna be 500$ for just the couch!! Even called the main headquarters nothing! Said it was not under warranty. well duh!! It would not have been even if we had bought the full warranty!!!! Now they are wanting to sue!! This is a shame to sale junk like this and its sitting in my LR which is very embarassing which should be more embarrasing to them when asked where I bought it and I tell them! PATHETIC!!!!! DO NOT purchase anything from this place awful!!!!!!!!! Guess we learned the hard way, but rest assured everyone I come in contact with and I own my own business will know, may not matter to them but it does to me!!!!!

In the end agreement stands and reflects the small town values that shows in the corporate website. When two people can sit and talk, and come to an agreement that is just and fair is awesome. Im not just talking about something you bite and take just cause its a little better then the current circumstance. I mean a truly fair and respectable conclusion for the consumer and the venue. My wife and I dont feel like the used prom date, but rather a neighbor and a friend. Thanks to the staff at the McDonough location that started the process to fix this error. Henry county has grown leaps and bounds in the last 30-40 years. And one thing that is lost is the neighborly behavior. Whats right is right and fair is fair. And this staff and upper management cares about that. The Stockbridge store is wonderful too!

BUYER BEWARE Go elsewhere! They are the most ass backwards people you would ever want to meet. They do not keep accurate records of transactions and will call saying that you missed a payment (they have done this several times) well I always ask for a receipt and I keep good records of my own. When the lady calls and says that we missed a payment i asked her to tell me what month she says I dont know what... So why then are you calling I called and got my ledger and NOT ONE SINGLE MISSED PAYMENT.. Just go elsewhere this was the worst place ever to buy from
