High Prices and Low Customer Service - It used to be said that if a company had high prices then you should be able to expect high levels of customer service. Conversely, if a company had low prices then the customer service is commensurate with prices. The theory being that customers would be willing to sacrifice service for price. Hence Walmart vs something like Neiman Marcus. Arhaus apparently doesnt prescribe to that theory as I personally experienced and now can see from other reviews that my experience was pretty typical. My wife and I ordered a dining room table for about $1400.00 in April. They said we would have it no later than by late May. Late May came and went. They didnt call us to tell us that it was going to be late. In fact, we called them in to find out when we were going to get it, and now they were telling us July. Early July at the latest. Well its early July and while I think it would be a good idea for them to let us know if they are going to make their commitment, we still have to chase them trying to find out where our $1400.00 dining table is. I have given them every opportunity to dig themselves out of the hole they dug for themselves, but they dont seem capable of doing any thing about our experience. I might even to so far as to say they dont really seem to care. They dont care that a customer ordered a dining room table, with no custom anything being done to it, that they told a customer it was going to be 8 weeks when in fact it has been 16 weeks, that they took my $1400.00 back in April. Bottom line. - good, relatively expensive furniture. But, about the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will never buy any thing from this store again and when people tell me how much they like our new dining room table, I will tell them that the process of buying something from Aurhaus is not worth the frustration. This company needs a overhaul of major proportion.

I came into the store on Octber 2nd. Interested in ordering 4 Carson chairs in the light grey. I told them specifically I was going to need them by the 29th. Were having a Halloween party. They said absolutely no problem. That I would have them by the 13th. As it says on my original receipt. So when I called on the 13th (not having heard a THING from them) he said it had been delayed and I would now not have them until the 27th.. He GUARENTEED me that they would be here. So today being the 27th and again, still not having heard anything.. I was on the phone/on hold for a total of 2 and a half hours and now theyre delaying AGIAIN to the 31st. So who knows if I will ever get these chairs and NOW I have to figure out what Im going to do as I now have a table and no chairs for my party of 40. They didnt even offer a discount for in the future nor a set of chairs to borrow considering I have told them a 100 times Im having a party. Just gave me their "sorry about your luck" attitude. You couldnt pay me to spend another cent here EVER again. Im a hairstylist and I will also be sharing this experience with every single person that sets foot in my salon in downtown Alpharetta. Thanks Arhaus for a very memorable experience.

views 5 ★ 4 ★ 3 ★ 2 ★ 1 ★ 2.4 14 reviews Queen Of Cars Queen Of Cars in the last week ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY, THEY FORGET YOU EXIST!!! Huge disappointment. I was hoping these reviews would not be my experience. I started looking for furniture and ordering in Sept 2016 at the Alpharetta store. I had such a horrible experience with them that I switched to the Phipps Plaza Buckhead location. I still dont have all my bedding, they sent the wrong configuration for my couch, my credenza has a defect, and the follow up service has been horrible. Today is February 9th! They once again sent the wrong configuration for the couch, the credenza they sent is worse than the one I have, and AGAIN no bedding!!! The original salesperson in Alpharetta is so flaky and I have 19 emails sent from her and months of texting back and forth. I had to BEG her to take my orders... it was like pulling teeth! What kind of saleperson doesnt want to make a sale? Also, I was sent multiple emails containing other peoples quotes... MAJOR PRIVACY VIOLATION! I AM FURIOUS! Something is REALLY wrong with ARHAUS!

I was in to browse and was not in my best attire, but I was still greeted by a friendly salesman and told to ask if I needed anything. They were also very personable when I found some accessories to buy, all the way through the sales experience. The furniture and showroom are fun to stroll and look at...Arhaus is very trendy, but in a good way. Its a good place for ideas! I purchased a gorgeous faux fur pillow and a large linen blanket that was marked down to a very affordable price for decorating my master bedroom. The accessories make my bed look fantastic. When I spoke to one of the female sales associates, I found her friendly, too. They didnt exactly come and check in with me to ask how it was going and if I had any questions. Kind of strange for a business like this. The sofas and chairs I tried were very comfortable and solid...I plan to order a pair of their chairs when I move. Far from being "cheesy" (as another reviewer wrote), Id recommend giving it a try.

Im fairly certain the female salesperson intentionally avoided me. Too bad for this location, as I would have purchased a $1,500 entry table that I stood and admired for at least 10 minutes if ANYONE would have just walked up and said hi how can I help you...

The worst customer service experience Ive ever had when buying anything. The sales staff is extremely rude...Ive received better customer service from the greeter at Walmart.

The people were disrespectful. They would not take my product back. The customer service might as well be non existent. Save your money and buy something nicer somewhere else

Our $6000 dune sectional is barely holding up, our $2000 ottoman is tearing at the seams, buttons popping and customer service is non existent.
