Follow up - I recieved a call from the delivery company and they explained the process to me and were able to get a drop off time and date that would work. I wish the sales person and original delivery person would have explained the process better. I am very happy with the customer service I recieved from the delivery manager today but now knowing how it works I will not purchase anything else from Laz Boy. OP-Delivery is a nightmare. You would think after spending thousands of dollars you would get your furniture in a timely manor. Not so. If its not at the local warehouse then its about a week to get it in stock and another 2-4 weeks for a delivery date. You dont get a time range for delivery till the night before and you can not talk with the delivery company to sked a specific time range or change it. I expected better customer service from this company. Will not use again.

We like to share with others the Excellent experience we had at this Store our Sale Consultant Jennifer May she is very sweet & allow us to have the time need it, also Ayanna help us with the Financing input, Larry help us with question when we call the Store as well as the rest of the Staff everyone are very nice with much courtesy, & there willingness to help. I was shocked to discover how high the prices are in Atlanta area la Z boy stores. Im guessing they are all owned by same franchisee who keeps prices high. Two Addison recliners were on sale for $2800 ( both). I ended up ordering the exact same chairs from a store in Macon that delivers to Atlanta for $1400.

In the store 20 min. with my family looking to purchase a sectional. No greeting and no acknowledgement what so ever. Two sales people looked over and said nothing. Both me and my wife are professionals and looked like professionals when we entered. I guess that wasnt enough to be acknowledged.
